Chris ur an excellent advisor😍 Correct, simple & on point. I love ppl & working with public is a great place to observe, feel & practice. I just like to add the word, "choas" density is chaotic I've found it shifts the whole energetic, some ppl wen they come around ever notice everything starts going haywire? Its a real mess, tornado like...lol😂😂 but u gotta love it wen u understand ppl better. yes have fun with it & remain humble bc they need the Light&Love most
I wish you could make a simpler video for children to deal with bullies and borderline personality parents trying to alianate the other parent their attention span and vocabulary may take longer to develop than the psychological attacks on them are inflicted. I may try to relay some of it your awesome advice.

Chris I saw a vision of this coming from my body as if I was a sleeping beuty and it projected up into the heavenly realms it was blinding light like a giant beam upward I was not even a day or two into my awakening at the time ???

I don't think this would work if you don't have high self love and still stuck in negative wounds from your past or beliefs. Being around people as an empath is too hard for me to keep happy myself. If a coworker or three don't like talking to you, cos you're not in to fake talk or still hurt from their slights, then how to feel strong in that daily environment. Maybe another video on this would help.
There is nothing wrong with having polarity and duality in discussion, not everything is a beaming ray of sunshine all the time and heavy things should and need to be discussed occasionally to maintain a level mentality

Before I knew the term empath i was like meh whenever I walked in a room and i was like this room doesn't feel so good
definitely even in the yoga class I have experienced this bad vibes or lower vibrations... it actually makes me sick to my gut...literally
