@@dougbennett8592 Right? And the melody lines, every time he deviated from the original they sounded perfectly like something Bon would have come up with.
You added the perfect amount of Angus to the solo without crapping on one of my fav Slash solos. And you nailed Bons mannerisms in a way that's hard to believe. A+++++
Here's an idea. Sing the Back in Black album with your Bon Scott style. What it would've sounded like if Bon was with us. You're one damn talented dude.
I definitely agree that his Bon impression is really damn good but that’s also why your specialty is Brian Johnson because that’s also a really tough voice to pull off (although my buddy who sings in our band can do it pretty well since we covered Hells Bells at one of our last shows)
@@stevewelsh__ maaaan, how cool would it be if you covered anything off Back in Black in Bon Scott's vocal style? You Shook Me All Night Long seems like the perfect cut for it
Nah, it just shows that the majority is always wrong. This is refined taste, most people out there never heard Nightrain, and to them Guns'n'Roses and AC/DC are nothing but T-Shirt logos. Most people would hear this and have no idea what's going on. I don't mean to sound elitist or anything (far from it), it's just the reality of the world we live. The same way I wouldn't be able to tell Tchaikovsky from Stravinsky and some classical music dude would scoff at my ignorance. This, unfortunately, is a bit niche. But hey, it's definitely my niche and I love it.
@@Chadner I have to admit that I'm not actually a big fan of rock music as a whole. I mostly listen to Classical and Jazz, but I do appreciate talent when I see it.
Hey thanks! To be honest, i had another one I preferred art wise, but wasn’t as ‘interesting’. It’s a fine line to walk so I’ve been experimenting with what works. Glad you like this one!
Dude, how the hell do you manage to pull these off!?! This was insane! Such spot on impressions and still managing to make something new out of it. You are definitely one of the best music content creators on this platform. Keep it up man, I wish you nothing but the best!
Your Bon Scott impression is the best I have ever heard. You capture that sound from the 70s that my father always listened to with me when I was a kid before he passed away. I've always loved Bon's vocal style(but my dad did like Brian Johnson more😂😂). Sincerely: UnicornLord23
Hearing a near-perfect recreation of Bon Scott's voice singing another classic rock song's lyrics really emphasizes just what an amazing lyricist Bon was. Half the pleasure of AC/DC's early work was listening to his witty, raunchy rhymes. R. I. P.
I THOROUGHLY enjoy your versions of the various songs you perform. You're solidly a badass musician; both creative and genuinely talented. Thank you so much for doing what you do. Rock on, man 🤘😎🤘
Man, I never know how to put into words sufficiently how you never fail to impress with these. Killer stuff as usual, dude, and I don't even like AC/DC. I actually think this is better than the original GnR song. You rock!
Impeccable. The story-telling style of singing was the only choice for this, I can't imagine it any other way now. Immediately, the original sounds strange, what phenomenon is this?
@@stevewelsh__ Thank you Steve, I certainly do. People here in USA in my state are finding out about you and your band from my t shirts I have designed of you and your band. They ask me about it and I direct them to your channels and merc. 😃👍🏻

I like this but G'n'R have some amazing songs. Rocket Queen, November Rain, Estranged...they have a lot of great hard rockers and some great ballads that aren't anything like Sweet Child O' Mine (a song they admittedly wrote as a joke).
What’s your fav AC/DC album? Mines high voltage ⚡️😎
The Razors Edge the best
Flick of the switch 😈😈😈
Back in Black is perfect. But Black Ice is really underrated by most people.
Powerage if I had to choose...
Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap
Bon Scott singing “you can make my motor hum” was something I didn’t know I needed today.
😂👀
And the coolest thing is that Bon could have come up with that line.
@@dougbennett8592 Right? And the melody lines, every time he deviated from the original they sounded perfectly like something Bon would have come up with.

It really sound like an AC/DC song from the Powerage or Highway To Hell album, great job!
Awesome as always, brother, this definitely gives me High Voltage/Dirty Deeds vibes and I love it
Cheers Andrew! Exactly what I was going for ⚡️🤘🏻
These impressions are so spot on! love it dude.
Thx mark!
It reminds me Bon Scott era, especially high volatage! Epic!!!!
The vocal inflections are too good.

Such a great Bon Scott, Steve. This is awesome.
This could easily pass for a lost track from Powerage. Very well done!
HAHAHA, love it, got the Angus tone, driving bass and 4/4 box beat that we all love so much, would be a banger from another Jammer
lol another banger, Steve! Bless you for these sir. I still can't get over how absolutely genius that Back Street Boys cover is.
Holy shit you're amazing! Subscribed. More AC/DC! MOOOORE!!
"Never to return" is awfully dark when you consider the subject matter and what happened to Bon. This is really well done
More Bon please!
It was like this song was written for ACDC
Channeled Bon for this one! WOW! Well done man!
That's a great lookin thumbnail, as usual! A very underappreciated part of your channel.

I love that you did Bon Scott. Very cool.
Damn I really enjoyed this this cover was amazing and holy shit the Bon Scott imitation on top!!

Fantastic take on this!
Fittingly awesome enough for Bon Scott’s own funeral
Bon, Where have you been all these years?
Still can’t believe it’s been over 40 years, dude was and always will be a fucking beast of a vocalist
This was the song I voted for. Sometimes 3rd place wins!

Back in Black is a perfect candidate for the What if series. A Perfect album.
What if You Shook Me All Night Long was written by Van Halen?
If Metallica wrote Back in Black
If Mercyful Fate wrote Hells Bells
If STP wrote Given the Dog a Bone
Now do If AC/DC wrote Nightrain with Axl singing. LOL
So so cool!!
I feel as though Brian could doing this would be KILLER
YASSSSSS
awesome.
I sense a strong Bon Scott here :D
Nightrain as Megadeth please!
I've never heard the original and don't want to, but this is better than anything I have ever heard by G&R.
