- Driving my Ferrari F12 TDF up Mount Etna - an active volcano on the island of Sicily! This was an incredibly special day and part of the first adventure for the Ferrari F12 TDF outside of the UK. This is what 771bhp from a naturally aspirated Ferrari V12 sounds like...on a volcano!
Big thanks to @Huck93 for the drone support!

Has to be one of the best sounding cars ever produced - just amazing!
Gotta love the Zonda
Just another great Ferrari
@@6735B1 Zonda is the proof that turbo engines can and should sound amazing, great car
@@josefranciscoramirez4438 Zonda has a naturally aspirated V12, Huyara (it's successor) has a 6 litre twin turbo
@@ghuk1 yep you're right, i don't know where i read it was biturbo but it was not true, it's a N/A
production quality is off the charts.
Man, I've seen big budget Hollywood movies with worse production values! You don't need to describe anything, that sound on those roads is descriptive enough! Epic location, epic car, epic content as usual!
MrSpencely no you haven't
@@brellnob You are absolutely correct, I completely made all of that up. I apologise unreservedly for making such a preposterous remark and promise to think more carefully in future before commenting. I would like to thank you for your vigilance, I'm sure the internet is a much better place with good people such as yourself looking after everyones interests. Thanks again, I have learnt a very valuable lesson. I will go away now and consider my actions.
MrSpencely 😂
@@brellnob did you watch the F&F spin off? That was horrible.
You know this is a great vid when the intro includes two and a half minutes of pure Ferrari V12 sound
Charlie Chang scowling and howling !!!!
Every other RUclipsr "Buying New SUPRA".
MR JWW hold my fish and chips😂 Driving F12 TDF up volcano...
Southeast Daygo619 lmaoooo
Exactly 😂👍🏻
He's always done things in his own unique way,but his latest vlogs, specially since that military vehicle, have been something else!!!
👍🏻
I have to deeply agree with you. I really do not see the point in paying for a Supra when you can get cars with better performance.
3:14 “The roads are quiet “ I don’t think so with that V12 😅
🤭😜
Don't take this the wrong way James, but I'd have happily watched 15 minutes of this without a word spoken. Truly a piece of automotive theatre for the history books.
In my mind, videos like this are truly what your channel are about and why I've enjoyed it so much basically right from the start. Of course you own some incredible cars but how you use them to be enjoyed and create memories that we all dreamed of as kids truly wins my respect more than their financial values or horsepower numbers ever could. Thanks for sharing as always!
Floris well said , very informative and entertaining to boot😉
Agreed. This video is a little masterpiece of its own! :)
I had goosebumps every time James downshifted. WHAT A CAR, WHAT A ROAD. By far the best Mr.JWW video i have seen in a while.
I’m gonna say it. This is my favourite JWW video ever. The car, the scenery and the joy on your face. It is just amazing to see. Thank you James for sharing!
Best intro of 2019 !
Don’t ever sell the TDF James...
I'm sure he would love to do that but there is a thing called money.
Or replace it with 812 "tdf"
@@Robert-Cinque777 The F12 TDF is more raw than the 812 TDF will be,if or when it'll come out!
@@tunes4life How do you know how "raw" a car is if it still hasn't come out yet?
@@ANDRE_675 Well... James describing the 812 being slightly softer than the TDF,i doubt that it 812 TDF will be more raw,somehow...

The perfect combination of a screaming naturally aspirated V 12 , sublime scenery & descriptive commentary. Mr Walker your content is on another level , you deserve a big celebration when you reach half a million subscribers !
Thanks so much 🙏🏻
That opening sound... WOW! What a machine!
That quiet moment on Mount Etna summed up your channel brilliantly and how far it’s come. One of the many who have enjoyed your journey. Driving a Ferrari F12 TDF on the Targa Florio. Stratospheric benchmark. A very special series. Thanks for the vicarious trip !
Thanks for the support 👍🏻
The aerial shots of the bright red TDF slicing through the black rocks of mount Etna... poetry in motion.
I got to know your channel with the mille miglia videos, and I'm Italian, so I'm definitely biased, but in my opinion your trips to Italy have produced some of the best car content on RUclips. Bravo James, enjoy your stay in Italy and please come back as many times as you can.
For some reason this gave me the same emotion the Disco Volante Jeremy Clarkson video did.... Speechless...
Great sounding and beautiful car on a mountain road with a host that is obviously just in awe of both the car and environment.
What a shout!
The sound of the TDF is the best engine sound ever! The Carrera GT and LFA have amazing sound, but overall the TDF sound is the greatest ever, especially the downshifts :) it makes me goosebumps, almost cry of joy. I would pay a "lot" of money just for getting in the passenger seat to listen to that sound. Thx for the videos James, and please give us more.
7:58 Guys pause right there and look at that... I'm speechless! Breathtaking shot there! 🤤🙏🏻
still one of my favorite youtuber, you know why? he actually enjoys driving these beasts with honesty. a car like this has to be driven like this, well done to get me up and excited matey! btw your humbleness is very good to see :) keep it up!
Ferrari should get James to make the press release videos for upcoming models! This was amazing to watch, the intro is outstanding!
This is one of the best video's you've ever uploaded to this channel James. Absolutely unreal. Thank you for sharing this experience with us, nothing else like it on the internet.
Thanks mate!
I literally paused at 8:11 just to take in the beauty of that shot... amazing
Lol I literally made the same comment
@@michaelgakanga and so did i lol :D epic shot
The lighting the day they went up there is the best I've ever seen. Straight up perfect. The sunset combined with the low clouds and blue sky contrasting with the orange of the mountain.
That freeze frame is what you'd expect from a professional photoshoot and hours of photoshop work to get the highlights done properly.
It's a video still from a fucking iphone. The light scattering affect from the clouds turned them into the biggest softboxes in the world.
Unreal.
same bro. Same
That intro is something else dude🤯
Thiss has to be my favorite video of this channel. Just to much emotion. Love it.
Amazing video James!! I’m speechless about the car and the scenery. Just breathtaking!!!
masterpiece of a car, masterpiece of a video
Wow, the sound is just mesmerizing!

I’ve been following you since day one literally. Your content has grown a hole universe. Every video like this makes us feel we are there with you. Just stunning James, stunning!!
I’ll never forget your 675LT video. This one is some kind of ‘closing that circle’. It’s been a great pleasure to be with this channel and to help bring it to this point.
This is what sets your channel apart @mrjww no one else is providing this content, this cinematography and that soundtrack. The best car you tuber by miles 👌
This content has given me goosebumps I was up there few times during the Giro d italia this is definitely a bucket list experience in a Ferrari
The first minute of the video is epic and is with no words what we all love... the sound and feeling of this cars that a eletric will never be able to do.
That has got to be the most epic off the wall content I have ever seen especially with the contrasting volcano clouds lining the horizon as you cruise on by break neck speeds.. Mother nature serenading us with her grace and presence.
Stunning scenery, great words and what a simply incredible red machine that is. So glad to see and hear it being enjoyed. Thankyou.
Thank you Mr. JWW for sharing your amazing experiences with us. Please never stop sharing...I love your content. May you be abundantly blessed beyond measure.
This is why i pay the internet. Absolute smashing content James! Greetings from Italy! 🇮🇹
Thanks for watching! Lots more to come 👍🏻
A Masterpiece of a video/content/a car!!! Deserves a 'No Voice' video! Like smoking tyre does, Just car noise!! SPot On on all what you said about the car, the location and rally and... your journey up to here!!! Kudos for you James!! All the best
Seriously, you deserve some sort of award for this film. Absolutely outstanding.
The opening of this video is just WOW! The Fast and Furious franchise would be proud of that one! I think Huck needs to accompany you on every trip, the guy is a genius behind the lens’s. And to hear that TDF V12 at full chat is a symphony 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I hope Huck gets to drive the TDF as a thanks for his excellent shots - incredible 👌🏼
It was a wonderful trip I am glad you had your Ferrari totally protected.Thank You !
I don't think it's possible to get tired of that epic V12, plus it's up and downshifts
You manage to put that smile on my face in every video. Thanks a lot from spaiin ❤️ 🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸
The production quality of this video is absolutely mental, hard to believe this isn’t an actual TV show
Great work. I tend to dislike ‘oh look at me and my hypercar’ videos. But there’s a genuine, childlike joy to your posts. Bravo. Really good stuff.
How is it possible the Mr. JWW does not have more subscribers? Wonderful high quality content. Keep it coming!!
This has to be the one F12 TDF that has ever been driven with such passion and anger. kudos to you James!!
Just off the intro mate, I knew this video was going to be epic!!! keep up the great work man! Been following you since the first speciale and never regret it ever since.

Thank you for a truly fantastic film, so nice to see cars like this being used.
One of the best videos you’ve done cinematic wise without a doubt. That car that scenery just 👌
Great car, great location, another great video James. I think you described things perfectly in the video, cars like these are about the experience they give you, and when that experience is somewhere with visuals like My Etna, what more could anyone want?!
I’m amazed how much your videos keep getting better and better. Amazing content.
the 8 minute mark. what an epic picture
James what a fantastic video with a fantastic car. You and the JWW team have done an amazing job. Minute 8 is going to serve a new function as my wallpaper. Thank you for this content!
Thanks Nicolaas!
Superb video - nice to see someone driving these stunning vehicles instead of embalming them in static collections.
I’ve done that road multiple times on my bikes/cars and the scenery is unreal at times.
One of your best videos ! Wish there was more videos with this kind of landscape + cars on YT
Could you please keep the TDF forever and do more trips and bring contents like this which would make our whole day......love your content.....
Wow, that's some intense viewing. The sound, scenery. Wow.
Probably the best ever motoring vid by a RUclipsr. More of this stuff JAMES, please 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Amazing car, scenery, driving & video! Thank you for showing us how to appreciate life and enjoy our super cars! Looks like Ferrari is my next purchase.
Wow great video. Luv the contrast between the stunning scenery and blood red Ferrari. The sound is amazing. Carry on...
The TDF is truly going to be/is a classic, up there with the 250GTO. Don’t ever sell it. This is the content we’ve been waiting for of the TDF. Thank you!!!
Photography and angle of the camera on point 😍
Amazing relationship you have w/ cars together with the attitude of needing to drive it to its full potential. Beautiful scenery and production as well. You're always doing a great job, James. (btw supported through watching all ;) the numerous ads)
This was awsome work from ur part and the man behind the camera. Got love the sound of a v12. Plus the road look pretty well empty to just enjoy by yourself.
Bravo, your best video, imo. It really captured the 'oneness' one feels when man and machine are in unison.
Those drone shots are so damn beautiful 😍😍😍
Absolutely phenomenal. The views arw just incredible breathtaking. Thank you sir for bringing us along for this once in a lifetime experience
Pleasure to share the journey!
What a machine, surely one of the best sounding cars out there at the moment. Nice seeing the shout to Scarponi (RIP) on the 'Giro de Italia' daubing.
Keep up the good work, Sir.
How beautiful the landscape is!
Simply amazing. You are totally right, a epic car in an epic location make the best memories. Well done
Thank you Mr JWW for sharing this glorious experience with us. My brother in law and I in 2009 rented an Alfa Romeo and ran the entire Targa Florio 44 km course as fast as was prudent given the conditions and alway tiptoeing through the towns. The local carabinieri waving to us on the fast sections where here in the States we would have been placed behind bars. My only suggestion for you would have been to share the local cuisine with us also as it is ranked as high as Mt Etna. We had an incredible lunch at AgroTurismo Targa Florio wichwe still remember, a first course of artichokes 6 different ways!!! Accompanied by a chilled local white wine. If only I had videoed the experience.
