It is amazing how good they have become in such a short time. If you go back and watch their live concerts from 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and then this one you see one thing - constant and dramatic improvement and every year it is another level higher, better, and stronger. They were great in 2017 and now they are just freaking phenomenal!! And you are absolutely right, all their songs are different because they can play so many different styles. I was so down last week about Miho, but this video just picked me right up and got me excited all over again. The wolfpack really needed to see this today.
They have been practicing hard during the pandemic, obviously. Hard to believe they are better than they already were.
This track is from the album Electric Pentagram, great album ( they all are ).
18 track songs in this live concert and 7 of them never play live before.I hope another live video will coming soon.

I’m sooooooooo glad you’ve reacted so quickly to this. Those of us who knew this track from Electric Pentagram were salivating at the thought of this as a live performance. I hoped against hope that the first promo track would be this one. The look on your face was fantastic! Imagine the poor reactor who gets this as his first introduction. “Well, Alek Hidell has recommended a band called Lovebites with a song called Set the World on Fire… apparently they’re an all female metal band. I have no idea what to expect but let’s get right into it”. 6 minutes later…….I’ll leave the rest to your imagination. Fantastic reaction. Thank you.

The first solo from Midori reminds me of DragonForce, which conjurors up Herman Li wearing a Lovebites style white dress, not a pretty sight! Lovebites supported Dragonforce when they toured the UK.
The new DVD does not contain any new material but it does include songs that have not been performed live on stage. This Blu-Ray/DVD will be a poignant reminder of Miho but at least we can look back of the five years of her writing and performing songs with Lovebites.
