OOR's signature is that the crowd always participates in songs. Not just 1 or 2 songs during a concert but nearly all of them.
1000 teenagers between the ages of 17 and 19, selected from all over Japan, gathered with their passionate hearts for this rock 'n' roll party!
No matter what anyone says, they are unmistakably the fifth member of One Ok Rock!!
In japan, they pronounce their band name as One O' Clock. This is because they named the band based on the time they used to meet up for band practice.
There is no "l" or "c" in the japanese language, which are substituted with the sounds of japanese "r" and "k".
Therefore, the band name is One Ok Rock in writing, and they call themselves as such in English.
This is technically a rehearsed performance. If you want to see a more spontaneous one, check out the performance at Ambitions Japan Dome Tour.
Really think you should check out the band's instrumental breaks. The other members don't play second fiddle to Taka and his vocals. They're all very individually talented. Just search for "ONE OK ROCK instrumental" and you'll probably find a few videos. Maybe check out the one from Luxury Disease Japan Tour or Mighty Long Fall at Yokohama Stadium. They always have an instrumental break during their concerts and they're totally awesome.
This performance was done especially with young 18 year olds to celebrate the voting age being dropped to 18 . The song was written for the young people that are having hopes and want to change the future by voting. The band is a old school live performance band. The typical touring band so check out their live performances. Also Tomo the drummer is very talented he got a RUclips channel where he performs so maybe check that out. I've never heard this live version before. This song is yet another Anthem for me! THIS video cut even deeper than the first one I saw. Seeing them earlier in their careers and how they used a choir and the whole crowd is really touching! What a fantastic group of men with amazing talents! Every one of them! Thanks for this.

「ONE OK ROCK＝ONE O KROCK＝1 o'clock」→it's called in Japan.「WAN-OKU」 for short.
The name comes from the fact that at the time of the group's formation, they would enter the practice studio at 1 o'clock every weekend, when the price was cheaper due to the late-night pack.

"18 FES", which was broadcast on NHK in Japan, was made into a series and many artists performed, and ONE OK ROCK showed the best stage, but my favorite episode was It was the time WANIMA performed. I was moved by the scene in the middle of the performance when a girl in the audience was called to the center and challenged to take a basketball free throw.
Their drummer Tomoya is crazy good actually, he’s the one making the songs uplifting!! 😁
You should have went with the Japan Ambitions tour video. That has totally different effect on you it's kind of similar to take what you want

I think a lot of things have happened to get to this day,

When the band was formed, they would enter the studio at 1am every weekend when the late-night package offered cheaper rates, so they replaced the o'clock part with “OK” and “ROCK”. Actually they read as one o'clock for a while, but it was changed to read One OK Rock as it is upon the band's full-fledged entry into the US and international music market.
Another FYI, the vocalist of the band My First Story that sings a theme song of the latest "Demon Slayer" TV anime series is Taka's younger brother.
