The current level of consciousness is based on incentive. So certain incentives amplify certain forms of organization. These organizations such as parties have incentives to create groups whose incentives can bring cooperation and conflicts. The root cause is desire for power to get privilege.

Proffesor, conflicts are actually have been between occuring in Ethiopia at a political level every 10 to 13 years in Ethiopia. I.e attept to change government, whether successful or not. The people in power recognize this social rhythms. In their desire to stay in power, they intiate conflicts. The specific form of conflits changes over time. The current form of conflicts are intiated by ethnic entrepreneurs. Their objective is premitive accumulation at individual level. The leverage they use is ethnicity. E.g, Ato Shimeles want to create xx number of rich people like Worku Ayitanew. He this to stay in power. Thus, the greed of ethnic entrepreneurs is the real source of the conflict. Until and unless productive entrepreneurs of all ethnic group rebel, ethnic entrpruners will have free ride and their will be no peaceful productive power. Will the professor agree in this view. Change the iconomic incentive towards the productive entrpruners away from the ethnic entrppruners whose objective is access land and other resouces on account of ethnicity. Proffesor - incetives i.e policies that reward productive entrpruners based on results delvered!
