Flexsolar 40w Micro Solar Panel | Small but POWERFUL!

Folks - this little 40w panel is perfect for what I got it for. It fits in my backpack without taking up too much space, and it will charge all of my camera equipment and drone batteries while out camping. Added bonus is the fact it will also run my 12v fans, and can provide supplemental power to my larger power stations via the USB-C 40watt PD port! I think this thing did great in testing, and will be adding it to my camping arsenal!

I have two of those that I bought to charge flashlight batteries and small devices. I tested them on a good but not great day for sunshine, and my Bluetti said I was getting 29-31 watts. More than enough to run some small battery chargers. I bought a parallel converter cable, so I can combine them to get 60-80 watts into my Bluetti EB70s as a backup charge method. I also bought two VDC→VDC buck devices and wired them into two 5521 cables, so I can reduce the 5521 output from the 18-19 VDC → 13.6 VDC that can be consumed by most 12 volt devices. The converters were available on Amazon for ~$10 each, plus a couple bucks for the two cables.

I have a question about the 40W Portable Solar Charger, is it possible to charge a 12v car battery via the DC port or will it only output 19v?

You can only charge a car battery with this if you use a charge controller hooked up to the panel then going into the battery. The dc port in your vehicle is output only
