It has a built in PWM charge controller that allows you to charge a battery with custom set parameters. You can disconnect the charge controller and use the panel for charging a power station or using another charge controller. This panel is 18v so you can charge a 12v system no problem.

    Very nice.
If you want to run the tiny house with this, you could add 12v boat/RV/camper lights to the tiny house wired to the 'load' terminals. It will automatically shut off when the battery charge drops to the min. And it saves the losses from stepping 12v up with an inverter, then back down again inside the 120v LED bulbs' circuits.

Just found your channel. Thanks for showing us this. For me I would prefer the panel hinge be placed so the glass side is on the inside not the outside. A small storage compartment could be on the outside to store the cable bag. I can just see the panels getting cracked from a bump. I will check out your channel and thank you for helping us out.

Would be nice if you did a lot of camping, at almost $400 you would need to use it a lot to get your moneys worth from it.

I love solar panels, I still have to set up my Harbor Freight 3 panel system, maybe this year! I have so much Lithium Battery envy that I could poop! Out in a town 50 miles away they sell used batteries, I'm jonesing to get a bunch and hook my Harbor Freight panels up and charge a battery bank and see if I can get a 5 hour charge for my Nissan Leaf EV out of it! I need to figure out some numbers, like 12A charger over 5 hrs how much that would take.

Personally I'd prefer 2 of the 100W lighter, less fragile panels.

Why did you not use the Bluetooth app for the battery to read the effect?

Good idea! When I get the inverter connected in the tiny house I can run some tests with the battery and app.

200W glass alum briefcase panels are too large and too heavy for most small campers...IMHO. guess this is likely the same company for the HF 100w thunderbolt briefcase...looks identical build

I gave this panel to my neighbor with an RV camper. Its perfect for them. They don't travel much so it can stay simi permanent.

Seems to be not very durable. A $/watt, watt/pound, and watt/in^3 comparison with other similar panels would be nice

The clasps were not impressive but the panel did perform well in this simple test.

You spent 8 minutes doing nothing and then skipped the part where you turned it on. Mine isn't showing anything on the display. Help is nonexistent.

Still having clamp issues - very disappointing because it is such an easy fix. It's been over a year guys, hire me and I'll bring my pliers and show you how to fix the problem.
