Hey! About the CVD issue, if you look in the manual and on teh parts number on the shocks you can see that there are 2 different lengths for front and read shocks and that the long ones are supposed to go on the front and the short ones on the back. I also want to order an extra battery, the car i ordered comes with an 3s lipo. How do i know wich battery i can order? I have to look at connection etc. And i am not familiar with rc cars. Can you help me? Thanks a lot
Absolutely. So every esc and battery have different connections. The MJX has deans "T" style connections. You also have to look at the rating the ESC and motor can handle. 2S 3S ect. The S stands for cells. A 1 cell has 1 battery cell 2 has 2 cells. If you put to large of a battery on, it will burn up the electronics. This rig is rated up to 3S. Being new to the hobby, I would go with 2S to start. Lipo batteries can be VERY dangerous. I don't like the USB chargers. If lipo batteries are not properly charged and storage charge, they can and will catch fire. I recommend a hobby grade charge. Don't discharge a lipo to 0. 3.8 is the common storage charge.
