The blonde guy on the parking bench had a pretty neutral accent, but the mathematics sounded really french especially how he connected the wiwithAmasematics. Girl in the beige top didn't sound Germna either but from the looks she looks pretty Balkan (maybe also Greek, Turkish) Okay, guy in cappy could be a native too. I noticed same in the Italy video, there you interviewed people who were clearly tourists.
