What I think is strange is that the witness, fisherman said that heard some one crying before the life ending event but the woods were too thick to walk through. He was also concerned about this sketchy area. He found her belongings down by the water. If he heard the crying and bang-bang in the distance through the brush, how was the gun found in the water. Even if their relationship didn't end cordially, he should still feel sad when someone who was part of his life since she was ten years old allegedly ended her own life, especially just two days after she filed for divorce and declared to law enforcement that she had been abused and harassed by him. For a beautiful soul, such as this young woman, to believe her life no longer had value or meaning, "someone" had to have caused her to believe it. That can start with physical and verbal abuse leading to mentally manipulating her to have those thoughts. And when someone as vibrant as that young woman was said to have been, that progression of tearing down her self-worth, was the cause. If that pastor did have a part in this or was the #1 cause, he deserves his life, as he's known it to be, to be destroyed; his reputation to be ruined and he deserves the rest of his to be in as much pain and suffering as he caused for his wife. What a horrible man he must be to stand and "preach" to a congregation, in a church of God, knowing the things he's done and the sins he's committed even while married to Mica!! She called 911 moments before the act just to tell them where to find her body. No time for intervention. The gun was in the water because that's where it fell after the shot. She was right next to the water, the gun was near the body. The "proof" that she pulled the trigger was from the medical examiner, not the location of the weapon. All other details corroborate this. She was filmed buying the handgun alone and the husband was out of town at the time of her death.

@trudyderevage6387 That's an interesting theory. Yes, medical examiners have been wrong before, and until proven otherwise, we can't assume there was no third party involved. She sounded calm on the 911 call when she told them where to find her body. I don't think it makes sense for someone to make a call like that, knowing it will only aid the killer since she could have just as easily called for help. The evidence is pointing towards mind control, likely alien in origin. The husband probably hired an alien from Roswell and paid them upfront in space dollars. The proximity to the woods and water implicate Bigfoot and the Loch Ness monster as well, likely used to hide evidence of this dastardly intergalactic deed. I reached out to a long time friend, who actually tried several times to be more than a friend when his fiancé died suddenly in their bed, and it was from natural causes. She had an undetected heart condition, and publicly- he was grief stricken but also already making comments such as “ life goes on” which I found disturbing- but when I told him I was sorry and offered my condolences and this was even before her funeral so days after her death - he replied with “ hey, can I ask you something? Were you ever and are you sexually attracted to me “? Obviously, I had no response and less than zero respect for such a narcissistic repulsive man

I could have called someone or just grabbed him and try to not let him leave msybe but I didn’t do anything even though I had a feeling something was off. Its cliche but I can still remember like it was damn near yesterday my mom got the phone call later that night, the volume was loud on her phone so I could hear what they said from the bottom of the stairs and my stomach and heart immediately sank.
I try not to beat myself up over it, and I know people say there was nothing you could have done but looking back I *could* have done something and maybe it wouldn’t have made a difference but maybe it would have. It’s something I have to live with now and I keep going on but it creeps back into my head how things could have been different maybe. I always take peoples problems and issues seriously when someone brings something to me or try to ask them what’s wrong if I can seem someone is visibly not feeling well. The husband sounds like a creep. I’m sure he didn’t help his wife’s mental health at all, probably helped destroy it. But it also sounds like there is footage from where she died and other evidence that points sadly to suicide.
He was forcing her to have sex with homeless people, and to watch him have sex with other people including a male. Besides all that he was very controlling, hired detectives to follow her around, slashed her tires a few times which he admitted to, put a tracking device on her car so that even when she moved out he could always find her, and removed all her furniture out of his house. Forced her to take drugs, and physically and emotionally abused her.

If that 911 call betrays anything it’s that Mica was clearly struggling with her mental health and took her own life. Could we say her horrible husband drove her to it? Maybe. But she also could have left. This is AI. Call was not made from her phone, hence the 911 operator couldn't locate her being in the park. JP Miller and new girlfriend carefully planned and forced all of it to look like a self deletion. They both seem to have been "out of town" when it happened. Idk what is confusing abt this case. They have audio from 911 of her telling them she was abt to do it and to track her phone so that her family could find her body. End of story.

Is it possible she bought the gun for protection, was being followed and intercepted that day and forced to make the 911 call and was killed? A hired killing? It would be the perfect murder. Her husband’s reported behavior has just been strange, almost celebratory. Perhaps he is a malignant narcissist? Either way, he obviously mentally abused this young woman and from an early age according to prior information. So very sad……

Would stalk me from the phone, felt like he was driving past and the crazy thing is HE WAS ALREADY OUT CHEATING. Narcisissits need their ego and image. Her leaving and then getting stronger was a challenge to his pride. I feel she may have got the gun for protection as she met with him to talk about whatever and he got ahold of it.
