My health is returning, so this retired, disabled vet will enjoy the best bodybuilding journalism on RUclips! Heads up, I'll be in the hospital in two weeks.
What a stacked line-up at New York, bro. Enjoyed the show, Big Kensen. Even your dog jumped on last minute😂. My Picks: Nick, Tonio, Martin, Quint, Angel, Beef
Are those scars on Stu's right quad, or tattoos? If scars, has he ever shared what the hell happened? He looks great though, for sure.Hope he places well.
He did speak in the past about self-harm he went through years ago. Got himself together, and now he's knocking on the door of an Olympia qualification.
Bodybuilding has morphed into a short man’s show. I have nothing against short competitors, but if a 5 ft contender beat a 6 ft competitor, then why have the 212? When bodybuilding harkens back to days of mass with class, then Samson. Andrew, Beastwood, and others would have the advantage of attracting more fans. I feel like bodybuilding has lost its soul. If Arnold were 5 ft 5, he never would have come close to achieving what he has accomplished today.
@@mattoniy2840 Shawn Clarida came in fifth in the 2023 Arnold. If height weren't an issue, then he would have won. So, back to the short man’s show, the 212.
If they finally started judging based on the total package plus posing again (like before Dorian) and not just gnarly mass, I think Tonio would be 1st and Nick would not make top 3.
Absolutely because nick has structure flaws long torso short legs, small quad sweep, wide waist so he would not be based on that judging winning Tonio has conditioning, proprtions, structure, small waist, beautiful muscles, mass with class without weak poses as Nick has terrible fdl
@@EPzeronineBodyBuilding I’d have Tonio, Martin and Quint ahead of him. His midsection is a growing problem, the ifbb needs to save his health and send a clear message to the whole division once and for all. His quads have not improved and this line up has guys with both better quads and midsections. I also don’t buy that his back is so much better. We keep hearing this plus that Derek has the best back ever. It’s plain stupid recency bias. Fans forgot what complete backs look like. Dorian, Ronnie, Phil, Dex, hell even Haney.
The midsections were a clear message, 100%. Big Steve did tell Nick he's gotta be a notch better than he was at the guest posing..which he will be. The New York Pro, I think is going to award the muscle and the grainy conditioning.
@@EPzeronineBodyBuilding I like Nick and he’s very popular but I can’t ignore his glaring structural weaknesses. I can acknowledge he is still the front runner but fans and pundits have been saying he is the 100% guaranteed winner. I see it more like he has at best a 50% chance vs the field, largely based on his name. If someone else comes in as shredded, less mass but not small with better balance and flow, are they really going to reward Nick anyway? I’m thinking no.
Haha I've been watching all your uploads for a while now mate. Keep up the good work 😎 Purposely been laying low on the otherside as R.P.E. always replies with hate 😫

Glad you enjoyed bro! Your picks are not far off from mine at all!
Thanks for tuning in, Red LOOP!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome episode man thank you! Gotta get these on Spotify some day so we can listen at work
No worries! Yeah I'll have to consider that in the near future. Thanks for the suggestion!
1 Nick, 2 Martin, 3 Beef Stu, 4 Tonio, 5 Quinton
Angel Calderon Top 4
Let's go Angel, I'm rooting for him
I'm a fan of him after seeing him at this guest posing, that's for sure. Man, he's gonna be dangerous in New York.
1. Nick, 2. Beef Stu, 3. Tonio, 4. Martin 5. Beastwood. Thanks for the content!
Appreciate you man!
Stuart in second is wild.
Nick, MArtin, Tonio, Quinton, beefstu
Good picks!
I love beef stu’s wig!
Calderon seems to have a thick midsection.
Tonio is mass with class!
Super nice guy too man

Tonio's lat insertions are so amazing, they remind me of behrooz
I like that comparison! Now if Tonio was the size of Behrooz he would be Mr. O!

212 isn’t short it means below 212 , they’re above 212

Great show guys flow and content top knotch
Thanks very much! Easy to do with great guests. And a phenomenal lineup at the New York Pro this year!

Tonio told me his weight shot up about 8 pounds from where he was before the AC Brazil. Gonna be nutty.
Absolutely because nick has structure flaws long torso short legs, small quad sweep, wide waist so he would not be based on that judging winning Tonio has conditioning, proprtions, structure, small waist, beautiful muscles, mass with class without weak poses as Nick has terrible fdl
Quinton would probably make also well because he has beautiful lines, good conditioning, size with proprtions, symmetrical, smaill waist
But it is just most mass that wins most poses..
I’ll take the field vs Nick, there’s at least other 3 guys that can make this competitive
Do ya think anyone can beat him???
