I like that second to last mug with the diagonal at the top. I feel like those colors could make a great fall combo!
YES!, That's what I thought! Beautiful fall colours! We potters have to start thinking fall and Christmas now, heh? Thanks, Sarah!
So happy with your video’s, soft spoken and results are mindblowing ❤ From The Netherlands
Thank you, Ria. THAT is a very Dutch name! We visit the Netherlands every two years. My husband's extended family lives there. Only if you are comfortable, I would love to know what area you are in? I have a subscriber in Groningen. One of the Uncles lives there! Anyway, I really appreciate your kind compliments! Bedankt! Dag!
Hey my drippy sista!! Oh I was going to turn RUclips off (yes it happens occasionally lol) then saw this unload yay! Love the altered rim bowl it looks so organic! That colonial white is beautiful coverage for a dark clay impressive! I love the wine goblet too. The white painting on coffee is so pretty. Great idea for bases. Oh the pink vase is my fav! Looks like a wizards hat!! Oh that shallot is pretty! Not another glaze I need??? Oh wow I love the application of the fire brick mug gotta try that! Haha then u say u don’t like the pattern but I looove it!! Oh the stroke n coat mug is delicious!! Oh maybe it’s my fav now! Great unload as always xx
YOU'RE A HOOT, DRIPPY SISTA! I can see you comment as you watch! I love it! I am so glad you like everything, especially the pink witches hat! 🧙♀️ Hahaha! SHALLOT!...RIGHT!? The new Spectrums are beautiful! Happy Creating, SISTA! ✌️
I actually love the one coat of frosted lemon. The design really pops, but it's a toss-up over the blue/green bottle and the Firebrick and Albany brown. Wow! Love, love the diagonal. Awesome results as always!
Thanks so much, Tiffani! Ya, We are all different, and we like different things. I have to remind myself, sometimes! Glad you are feeling better! Thanks for your kind compliments!
Hi Audrey, i Love that purplicious one! 💜
Hey, Amanda! Thanks! I think I have found my purples! I hope the baby is well!❤️
Wow, you had an amazing kiln! My favourite was your diagonal mug with Deep aFirebrick and Albany Slip Brown , tied with the Honey Dew Bowl, then of course your olive oil pourer was a show stopper! So many faves! Thank you for the inspiration!
Thanks, again, Liana! I was pleased with the kiln load! I will be using some of these combos on future pieces, for sure!
I really like the look of the berry bowl and plate with the light application of the frosted lemon as it is ❤
Well, that just goes to show that everyone has their own taste, just as it should be, RIGHT? Sometimes, we think just because a piece did not turn out as we thought it would that it is a failure.
I am happy you like it and I appreciate you saying so! Happy Creating! ✌️
Nice work!!! Love the mugs…. thanks for sharing!!!
Thanks, Daniel! Me too! The mugs turned out great!
I love your kiln openings 🤩, Thank you!! Yes pls make a video how to make the little salt holders 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Wow! I really appreciate hearing that! Thank you! ❤️ Sure, I will put the salt pig on the tute list! Thanks for letting me know! Happy Creating! ✌️
@@AudreyLynnStudios thank you 🎉🎉
So nice unloading ❤ thank you for sharing and yes please for the video how to make the salt dish, is it called pig? Salt pig? 😂
Hahahaha! YES, salt pig! What a funny name! OK, I will do a tute! Thanks for watching!
Brrrrrr 36 degrees! I hope it’s Celsius. We have been getting hundred degree weather that’s in Fahrenheit and it tends to be very dry here as well. I live quite a bit south of you near Mount Shasta California thanks for the shout out you so deserve new advancer shelves.! -Liana
I loved all your pieces, even the lemon that turned brown hehe.
Haha, yes!, celcius! It's been a long time since I was in California. It was beautiful. I hope someday to do some winter riding there since it's too cold for me to ride here in the winter. I get cold fast, so my ideal would be to trailer my bike straight down to warmer weather! Hahaha! Thanks, Liana!
Liana, sounds like we're very near each other!? I'm right by Shasta Lake.(Gonna have another 110° week 🥵) I just enjoy her Kiln openings! Get inspired every time!
Oh that sweet strawberry vase. Love it!
Thank you! I am very pleased with it, too! I appreciate you commenting! 😁
I love how you do your flower frogs!! I’ve always been afraid of them slumping but I think since they’re smaller is why they don’t. That cone 7 is soo odd! What the heck?? The temperature outside wouldn’t be hot enough to make the kiln actually fire hotter but what it does effect is the cooling time. It will take much longer for the kiln to cool. My gosh I just love the pink pieces so darn much. I still haven’t fired the mug I glazes with your pink combo with the copper. I can not wait to see it. I fire to a hot cone 6 cone 7, which I really prefer. I like how the glazes look. Great kiln opening. Have a great time on your bike ride! I used to ride as well. It’s been way too long.
Thanks, once again, Michele! Ya, the flower frogs haven't slumped for me yet. Do you sell your work, Michele? Or give it away??? Thanks again for all of your comments! What bike did you used to ride? 🙂
@@AudreyLynnStudios you are so welcome! I do sell my pottery but I don’t focus on it too much. The place I sell at is only open from Mother’s Day until mid October. They are an organic farm to table restaurant with a large gift shop. I used to ride a Yamaha R1. It’s a sports bike. What do you ride?
You are welcome from Emily in NC! Would send more if I could. Love your kiln openings and teaching style 😊 BTW LOVE the shallot cobo "sippy" cup and vase with Louisiana bayou combo and the honeydew combo dish and the river birch strawberry vase. OK I just love it all except maybe th brown lemon berry books lol I'm in an area where we have lots of strawberry towers. So if I ever get good enough this will work great. Finally, just wanted to say I noticed you New Holland sign once. Once upon a time I was a controller for a New Holland Ag dealer. 😃
EMILY! YAY! NICE TO KNOW YOUR NAME! Thank you once again for the Super Thanks! I really appreciate your gift. Moreover, thanks for your very kind compliments. It's always nice to know if I am presenting well enough or not. I appreciate the feedback. I am so happy you like everything, other than the yellow atrocity! 🤣 So cool you have a connection to New Holland. The 'big blue tractor' is a fave with our grandkids here on the farm. Thanks, Emily!
I loved your results Audrey! I don’t know how I missed this one!😅 I love the new Spectrum glazes, I still haven’t been able to get them because they always sell out fast. Thanks for sharing!❤
Oh, thanks, Ana! I was very pleased with the results! You will love them when you can get your pretty little hands on them! 😁 When I was in the pottery supply, I noticed how much cheaper Spectrums are to buy. It might be time to try all of their other glazes that are not floating. Hmmmm?🤔
A video on the salt pig would be wonderful
OK, will do. A few people have asked! 😊
Hi Audrey , thanks for another awesome opening, could you,do,a salt pig tutorial?
Thank you for for watching! Yes! It's on the list! We have some visitors coming from Japan but I will try to squeeze it in. Thanks for asking!
How did you make the flowers in the unglazed dark pot ? Ty
Hi there! Do you mean the little dark clay case with the white underglaze flowers ? If so, I brushed them on with no. 8 round and then outlined with black using a thin liner. I should probably to do a small vid so you know what I mean, or at least you would be able to see my technique. Is that what you meant?😊
