    Ingredients :
    180g Rice Flour ( 沾米粉)
    50g Wheat Starch / Tapioca Flour ( 澄粉/ 木薯粉)
    60g Sugar ( 砂糖)
    A few pieces Pandan Leaves ( 斑斓叶)
    420ml Cold Water ( Add Sugar with water dissolve the Sugar and cooled off ) (冷水 )
    150ml Pandan juices ( 斑斓汁)
    1 teaspoon salt ( 盐)
    1 teaspoon alkaline water / Air Abu (小匙碱水)
    Decorations topping
    I coconut white skin only .( 椰丝白加盐和斑斓蒸熟 5 分钟 )
    Steamed 5 minutes added salt with Pandan leaf for Topping fragrance and tasty ) 。
    糕点做法:
    把所有的材料依旧混合适当,好像视频那样做, 一个一个倒入小杯子, 蒸熟20 ~ 25 分钟, 冷却后才脱模, 把椰丝和盐及斑斓叶加入味香及调味道蒸熟 5 分钟左右, 点缀上面,就可以备用食谱。Around 24 pieces ..共24 小杯
    此食谱适合饭后茶点的糕粿味道无穷无尽旧时本地风味, 是马来西亚传统文化食谱, 也是烹饪学校不可缺乏教课之一, 是其中一课基本功课。
