I love Placeit stills, but they need to make more natural videos of people doing natural things. Too many goofy looking people goofing around posing and pointing at the merch with neon all over them. That's o.k. for some, but add some toned down variety. I wind up making my own slide show videos from the stills. It has to do with the target audience.
Why do my mockup from pritful seem smaller and placeit they are big, and while i know you can resize images on placeit but, i have no idea of px size as the % lowers?
I think you just need to get a feel for it honestly. I don't know that there's any way to guarantee that it will translate exactly how it prints in real life

I use Photoshop personally. Mainly because I've used it for 20+ yrs
