New patreon Pawn Friend here! Thank you for all the amazing content I've been binge watching all the old episodes of pawn man and behind the pawn! Trying to get caught up and I'm almost there now. Keep up the good work man you're an inspiration!
The blue vase/cup with the Greek figures appears to be Wedgewood pottery . . . or a knock off. The Irish pottery definitely looks like Belleek. $$$. Appreciate your historical knowledge!
There’s an Austrian film from 2007 based on the memoir written by one of the men forced to participate in operation Bernhard at Mauthausen and Sachsenhausen called ‘The Counterfeiters’. It’s a really good movie
That blue and white thing from the con man is called wedgwood pottery and I have a customer who has hundreds and hundreds of them all different types and colors and his brother 95 years old killed himself and he collected em all his life and we have no idea what they’re worth. He also had like 200k of bullion and collectible numismatics. Everytbing this guy had was super high end so I’m curious how valuable a collection like that is.
Would you mind use your influence to help support pandas in Memphis zoo, who had been abused by that zoo for years, please please help us, Chinese people are all focus on that issue 🙏
that railroad spike is worthless. where i live they lay in piles by the tracks. they replace them all the time when they have to change the wooden railroad ties and adjust the track. just letting you know.
I’m am NOT trying to be “that guy”, you are 1,000,000 times smarter than I no question! But in case it matters, you said the address for your sponsor as “ten thousand and five”, it’s actually 1005.. I really hope this is not a D-bag thing to make you aware of, because I respect the shit out of ya man!
The situation in Ukraine has been going on far longer than 2014 and goes back to the early 1990s. While I do not agree with what Putin is doing you also need to understand it is much more complicated than crimea from 2014. Crimea was a part of russia and the Soviet union until the collapse since 1783. The Ukraine military in the early 90s committed unspeakable acts against ethnic Russians in the eastern states and again it has been a complicated mess since then. Both sides have done horrible things to one another since the early 90s. Ukraine is still one of the most corrupt countries on the map today. Another proxy war has started and the thing that I find most infuriating is while the west continues to fund this war from the sidelines people are dying and there have been no talks at all for any peace.
The reason the Russians are getting their ass kicked. Is the fact that half their military’s equipment including armor was sold under the table and ended up on western ebay or as surplus by their own officers. It’s a common thing to steal from your job in Russia so practically every soldier themselves is selling equipment on the side. They use the term carried away. Their tank armor is the funny one though. It’s reactive armor so explodes outward when struck deflecting and there is a plastic explosive charge in there. Well they were not getting heat tabs for food or a way to stay warm so the guys themselves took out the explosive and burnt it for heat. US soldier’s did something similar with the C4 in claymores during the Vietnam Conflict and they commonly didn’t go off. Now you open up the armor on a Russian tank the only thing protecting it from modern shaped charges. Good ole cheap plywood on half of them.
This channel is criminally underrated. This man is dropping wisdom

Love the effort going into this.
Thank you for talking about Russia and Ukraine. I'm terrible with keeping up with world news so hearing a bit about how's it going is nice.

Good and informative episode
3:34 I’m honestly surprised your profit margins aren’t higher. I buy most my inventory for 1/10th to 1/3rd of what I sell it for.
I Wonder If The Con man in The Trash can Looking or Flea market 🤔
