Hi thank you! so I’m using Starcraft for darks so I don’t have to mirror it. However when I send it to print the colors are faded and I have a new ink is there a way to fix this?
I don’t understand why not just buy a wide format printer, print it on a transfer, cut it out and press? All that work for one solid image seems pointless. It’s understandable for lettering though.
@@enlightenedmcgee because it’s not the printer with the restrictions, it’s the “cutter” that cuts out said image and that’s the Cricut. Silhouette Cameo can cut bigger but Cricut users have to go this route.

So what do I do if, my slice button refuses to show? I've watched numberous videos basically doing this same hack and my slice button refuses to show up.
Well that depends! What do you mean by the process not working? The product not cutting well? Not adhering well? Or do you mean you can see the line on the finished product? Sometimes that is an issue. We recommend if you're having issues with this technique to instead heat one piece at a time. This can help with lining the pieces up too :) Best of luck!

Hey guys, does anybody know if there is a affordable machine on the market, like cricut but just all round bigger. The project I wish to start requires an actual cut of 36 cm (not sure what that is in inches) but all machines on market like cricut and silhouette only cut maximum 11.5 inches. Would help me so much x
There is no affordable machines that will cut that large, unfortunately. we highly recommend The Cricut Explore Air 2: amzn.to/2VxAOos .
The new Cameo 4 has 3 different sized machines
Girl thank you!!!!!!!! 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
Thank YOU for watching and commenting!
I can’t figure out how to get it to stay together for me to print it after I slice it . What’s the next step after you slice it a put it back together.
You mentioned on this video "This is nothing like like nufun transfer sheet" like nu fun is not good, but you (Rachel) recommended it on another video and I went ahead and bought it :(.
We use NuFun iron on 99% of the time, you made the RIGHT purchase!! :) We meant the formula and HOW you apply it is nothing like Nufun. here's a video on how to use Nufun :) ruclips.net/video/yYyHu4dTaq8/видео.html
Where you get your paper to print design on?
Hi anyone know how to cut printed photo 4×6 inches on postcard size. I didn't print it through cricut ( it's been printed through photoshop). I don't know how to place on a mat. It had cutting registration marks as well
Hi thank you!
so I’m using Starcraft for darks so I don’t have to mirror it. However when I send it to print the colors are faded and I have a new ink is there a way to fix this?
Mine prints the same when using starcraft. But once you press the colors should brighten up.
I had this issue at first. I adjusted my printer settings to matte photo paper and it came out better.
Snookily thank you I did that and it fixed the problem!! Thank you!
I don’t understand why not just buy a wide format printer, print it on a transfer, cut it out and press? All that work for one solid image seems pointless. It’s understandable for lettering though.
As I mentioned in the video... Cricut can only print a MAX of 6.75" by 9.25".
Makers Gonna Learn I understood that. That’s why I’m saying to just get something else for way less leg work and cost.
EnlightenedMcGee...that's sounds good...can u please tell me what printer you are speaking of..
Nikiame Cross a wide format printer. Google it
@@enlightenedmcgee because it’s not the printer with the restrictions, it’s the “cutter” that cuts out said image and that’s the Cricut. Silhouette Cameo can cut bigger but Cricut users have to go this route.
Can you over lap it so you don’t see the cut you made.
Can this be done with siser easysubli?
We have never used that product, so it is difficult to recommend it, but feel free to test it out :)
I see how this will work for light fabric, but this method won’t work on a dark fabric because it uses a different kind of paper. Is there another way to do this for darker fabrics?
StarCraft has the same paper for darker materials
Thank you. I had forgotten we can do this.
Thank you for watching!
Thanks!
You're welcome!
I’ve tried several times and it won’t give me the option to slice the image for some reason.
Brilliant!!
Thank you!
i am having issues, im trying to print and cut a image, on the screen it shows that its 5x6 BUT every time i hit make it, the image is big again
So what do I do if my print and cut isn’t quite exact so nothing lines up 😭
How do you slice?
So what do I do if, my slice button refuses to show? I've watched numberous videos basically doing this same hack and my slice button refuses to show up.
You can only slice one layer at a time, so make sure you do not have more than that or it will not show.
Oh that makes a lot of sense now
Thank you
Thank you
You're welcome!
So I have used this process and it does not work every time. Have that happened to you? If so what did you do to fix it?
Well that depends! What do you mean by the process not working? The product not cutting well? Not adhering well? Or do you mean you can see the line on the finished product? Sometimes that is an issue. We recommend if you're having issues with this technique to instead heat one piece at a time. This can help with lining the pieces up too :) Best of luck!
@@MakersGonnaLearn No to slice the picture to make it bigger. When I slice the picture sometimes it still states that the slice pictures are too big also.
I dont get what im doing wrong, I slice it but the bottom half has the same height I dont know what im doing wrong this craft cutting is the most frustrating thing I've done in my life
Thats because once you slice you have to remove and delete the layers you no longer want, leaving you with a top and bottom half
I’ve tried about 10 times and the warning signs do not go away... any suggestions
The issue is simple. You will have no warning signs if your squares are the correct size :) Make sure your square is no larger than 6.75" by 9.25" :) Even a single digit larger and you will get a warning sign. Make sure all your slices peaces are no larger than that, and you'll be good to go!
When I try to slice, I lose my image! I feel like there is a step I missed but I've watched the video over and over. The box is already there when we see the video. I uploaded my image, made a box, then sliced and it didn't work. What did I miss? Thank you!
I’m having the same issue!!
