    I would like to thank you Lydia because at the start of the school year (around November) I had eating disorders again and your videos, whether wieid videos or simply pilates, helped me a lot to get through it and have a healthier relationship with my body. 💗 You are like an exemple for me !! :)

    I finished the challenge! Day 7🍒🥹 I clarify that I am not a constant person, I even let 15 days pass after the first 2. I am also applying other 5-minute videos THAT I LOVE. Thank you Lidia for the content and inspiring me to continue with pilates, it is the only low-impact and gentle exercise that makes me want to try every day ❤️

    this weeks workout helped alot i lost 1 inch from my waist 2 from my higher hips and gained 1 on my hips i look much slimmer and i love it ill do another challenge starting tomorrow

    i’ve been wanting to move my body in some way for a while and, although even doing a simpler routine like this still makes me anxious (since i’m really bad at sports i get like that), i’ve done it, the best way i could, ofc, i’m not too flexible lmao 😭😭

    I can proudly say day 7 complete🎉 thankyou @lidia for amazing 7 days summer pilates workout challenge I can see (slightly) changes in my body I can feel the lightness in my body and flexibility and more toned muscles ( not only this workout I follow I do follow your other pilates workout too since a year. pilates workout is the best that has work for me 💯 please come with more challenge♡ thanks to you I started doing pilates from your channel ❤ ( has been a year I'm following your pilates workout routine) thanks to you I started doing pilates and I love pilates💯 best pilates challenge I have ever came across but I'm watching your shorts since a year but couldn't write before so I'm thanking you today :) thankyou once again 💖

      Look for "pilates for beginners" on RUclips, there are a lot of different exercises and you can do challenges from this channel, just if something is difficult for you, then better do less and each time more and more will turn out. However, I advise you to write "pilates for beginners" as they tell you how best to do it (the technique to be correct, otherwise you can have a lot of problems because of this)
