I finished the challenge! Day 7🍒🥹 I clarify that I am not a constant person, I even let 15 days pass after the first 2. I am also applying other 5-minute videos THAT I LOVE. Thank you Lidia for the content and inspiring me to continue with pilates, it is the only low-impact and gentle exercise that makes me want to try every day ❤️
this weeks workout helped alot i lost 1 inch from my waist 2 from my higher hips and gained 1 on my hips i look much slimmer and i love it ill do another challenge starting tomorrow
i’ve been wanting to move my body in some way for a while and, although even doing a simpler routine like this still makes me anxious (since i’m really bad at sports i get like that), i’ve done it, the best way i could, ofc, i’m not too flexible lmao 😭😭

Look for "pilates for beginners" on RUclips, there are a lot of different exercises and you can do challenges from this channel, just if something is difficult for you, then better do less and each time more and more will turn out. However, I advise you to write "pilates for beginners" as they tell you how best to do it (the technique to be correct, otherwise you can have a lot of problems because of this)
