uldaman is the worst dungeon I've ever played in M+, can we please delete it and never bring it back to rotation again.

@@johnjohnny6702ok brother we all understand you are cool. Now how is the timer fine when there is av where you basically have enough time for 15 wipes and still two chest 18 keys, and then there is uldaman, where non stop pulls with 0 mistakes leave you with 10 seconds when you finish the dungeon
You can be doing a chill +8 on fort in neltharus and randomly the hunters zone in from a +16 key and assassinate your healer out of nowhere. Their bleed ability does equal damage to the exact same ability on the boss and they cast it 4x more often. It seriously feels like they forgot to remove a 0 somewhere, they are just randomly doing 50% more damage than everything else in the dungeon

did it in a 14 like two week in the season and with enraged without disenrage and it was a world of pain
almost a guaranteed one shot if it slapped my shaman friend. even without this affix if you do not have enough stun/CC you dead
its very encouraging when you see remix getting hotfixes multiple times a week while the retail players are experiencing terrible tuning and bugs and we only get these changes.
Pretty sure Remix has been getting more attention in the 2 weeks it exists than the entirety of season 3 and 4 combined. Like, season 3 saw like a set of dungeon changes week 1 and 2 iirc while season 4 has dropped like what, 2 sets of changes amounting to like a grand total of like 5 abilities changed by 10% and the Uldaman timer being increased by a minute?
It's fucking sad how they keep just abandoning expansions over and over again and people are just fine with it. "Oh hey, at least we got a fresh season reset, better than nothing" - like, imagine being beaten into submission this hard. The wow team is allegedly bigger than it's ever been, they're allegedly doing really well with their content cadence, everything allegedly going well, and yet still it feels like the last 9 months of Dragonflight received like 5 minutes worth of effort.
But oh well, at least DHs were nerfed in time, that surely created a better tank balance - oh, and thank god that Brewmasters were preemptively nerfed as well, wouldn't wanna imagine everyone running +67 keys if they didn't randomly decide to nerf the worst performing and least popular tank for no good fucking reason whatsoever. Oh well, oh well, TWW will surely not repeat the same cycle again though, impossible considering they've abandoned DF like halfway through to spend more time on TWW, like, absolutely not possible that TWW will go through the exact same situation again. Remember, they've learned, they listen now, they've changed- I mean, they said so, why would they lie.

RLP was my least favorite in season 1 because of overtuning but this season its the only dungeon I want to run tbh, its just over the fastest

class tuning basically feels like 1 dude part-time browsing heroic raid rankings and doing bare-bone tuning for the whole game based on that.
and lets not pretent like its hard. the amount of community feedback (theres a lot of trash but also sources of high quality input) and statistic data is insane! They could easily finetune this every week and revisit next weeks data to check the results.
Everything I'm seeing is just solidifying my choice to not come back to the game to try out the season.

Last 2 seasons (2 and 3) I got my poor lil scared Disc Priest alt to 2.5k io and I thought that was rough. This season.... I did only ONE +5 this week, and every other run has been +4 at best. Just don't want to deal with the shitshow that is healing requirement on TOP of bad affixes.
I hope blizzard realized that the dev team in charge of dungeon design for df has no idea what they’re doing, and got rid of them. No hard feelings but a 10 year old dungeon shouldn’t be better in every way

i been playing panda, the last time i went into neltharus ( like 3 weeks ago) me and my group was getting dumpsters by hunters over and over and group disbanded. I thought we were messing up mechanics or something, but i guess they just are over tuned
Bugged boss since it came out lol, also the visual on the Magmatusk frontal with the delayed snap is kinda stupid

These dungeons have so many ground effects to the point where it killed the old Shaman spec, the old Healing Wave Primo Wave one, if you attempt to run that you are gonna have a bad, impossible time. Do yourself a favor and just accept that Shaman will forever be Chain Heal spamming, there is nothing else you can do in these dungeons, Downpour and Wellspring are complete garbage. Spirit Walker's needs to be like a 30 second CD at max. Why is this thing a minute and a half after talents. Stop designing hard casting healers please, just make everything instant or improve the technology of hard casted heals, they're still stuck in 2004.

Anytime its fortified week and i have to run a nelth. I find myself saying "fuck the hunters theyre BS ass mobs" every damn time cause if youre not precasting they die in one or two ticks.. Melt is also kinda bs but a little less so. Should be silenced for 5-6s if interrupted and nelth would be a fun as hell dungeon to run key wise.
The ammount of one/two shots i get in M+ this season is infuriating, shit hitting you for 800+k damage, and im a warlock with 1300 million hp. I have watched my dark pact shield get consumed INSTANTLY by some random unavoidable shit some thrash decided to thow my way. And lets not even start on trash that just decides to focus fire a guy to the point that you dont have enough stuns and ints to NOT have someone die on some stupid trash packs
As someone who's only been doing 8-10 so far this season, the nerfs actually sound reasonable.
I'm not saying your points aren't valid, but they're affecting a smaller percentage of higher level players. That said, another bigger tuning pass in a week or two with the stuff you outlined would surely be appreciated. Right now, it looks like more people are playing remix, so more tuning there sounds fair to me. (Haven't even reached level 70 there, so can't comment on state of "endgame")
blizzard destroyed my motivation this season
i wasn't already much motivated to re do the DF dungeons without anything new but the super tank imbalance destroyed the PUG scene and the amount of CC needed is like you are trolling if you don't take a DH. they should put some certified PUG hero who dont run the meta to do the dungeons/class balance because even a 15 is pure pain atm. not the first time blizzard destroy a season with the lack of tuning

Df dungeons left a bad taste in everyone's mouth because of the season 1 affix. That shit was prob the worst seasonal of all time. But df dungeons are also just awful in general.

F the rotating M+ dungeon pool. That ruined my hype for M+ that I've had over the years. No idea who asked for this but it wasn't the best decision. Idc how unpopular of a take that is, I'm willing to die on that hill.
Uldaman is shit, way too long and boring.
Nokhud is the shittiest instance atm. Most trashpulls are full of super annoying shit, 2 last bosses are also super annoying, movement around the instance is guess what: super annoying.
VDHs entirely dominating the tank meta solely due to their extreme control of mobs is also a fukcing joke. Either give the same control skillset to the other tanks or just remove these from DH.
Generally DF instances are overengineered, just way too many mechanics way too often, way too many of them can turn into insta deaths in certain affixes. Very disappointing overall.

The only good DF dungeons for me are BRH, AA, Neltharius, and Ruby. The rest are awful and I hope we never see them again.

well, I mean retail wow is basically forgotten about. we're gonna get nothing until TWW launches. which won't be too long. but playing retail in this final season... that's a poor choice one could make. I have chosen other games, because I know how Blizzard is. they can never give attention to ALL THE THINGS that need attention simultaneously. They have to pick and choose, so what they do is say "f the live game, who cares" in service of building their expansion. nothing new here. usual blizzard end-of-expansion "sorry we forgot about the people still playing our game" behavior lol.

genuine question to people currently still playing this game: why? is your identity so tied to the game that you can't stop playing even when you have absolutely nothing new? why keep playing when the game is just in maintenance mode and you know it's going to be for many months to come? you know blizzard doesn't give a shit and they'll just do the absolute bare minimum necessary (as proven by these patch notes and the lack of any changes since "season" release. genuinely, why keep playing? if your life is so boring that you need a daily/weekly grind, just pick another title that's actually being updated, at least in the foreseeable future.

Wild concept. People enjoy the structure of the game. It might be hard to grasp. But people like working for gear upgrades even if scuffed and harder than usual. People enjoy pushing their goals competitively regardless of game state. People enjoy doing things that competitive tuning doesn't alter such as rp and mount farms and tmog. It's a game. Just cause its not perfectly balanced doesn't mean it won't have fans.
