    As a new car buyer last year, I was looking at this Bayon. But... Here, in România, it comes only with automatic transmission, 100bhp, but the thing that put me down was a indefinite delivery time. About 9 to 13 months. So, I chose a Sandero stepway with the Jogger TCe110 engine, 2500 Euro cheaper. And I love my choice.

      Would the Bayon have come with radar cruise and auto steering as standard?

    I currently drive a Bayon 1.0 TGDI with a manual transmission. Great car. I can't wait for the facelift model. I'm going to trade mine in for a new one with an automatic transmission.

    Bought this car with automatic transmission last week. I just love it-really easy to drive, responsive, and reliable with a 7-year unlimited km warranty. By the way, this car has wireless Android Auto.😊

    The clutch I feel is a bit juddery when cold. But it settles when heated. I have had the car for three months now, ultimate 120 and very happy with it

    I'm living in South Korea. This model is not released in our country even Hyundai is Korean company because this segment is not attractive for us. Tucson or Sportage are considered as better options among Korean. But watching this car is interesting. It seems like small version of Kona :)

    • @BuckleUpShow
      @BuckleUpShow  8 месяцев назад

      Styling wise definitely, but interior and refinement are a long way behind the Kona

      @@BuckleUpShow You are right. But the more luxurious, the more expensive. So I think the purchase this model can be better choice for reasonable buyers who don't need luxury options.

    It was my understanding that the mild hybrids like this and the i20 I own with the same engine and interior aren't a fly by wire clutch as such. It's actually got a secondary clutch like system to bypass the drive train. I myself haven't noticed any difference from the previous i20 in terms of clutch operation when setting off. The only difference is stop start is miles better because of the motor, which imo is just a glorified superior starter motor.

    • @BuckleUpShow
      @BuckleUpShow  Год назад

      There is no physical connection between the pedal and the clutch. If there was a physical linkage and also a robotised clutch system it would either be massively complicated and prone to failure or the clutch would have to move by itself when the car wanted to use it which would be even more alarming

    • @robwalker4653
      @robwalker4653 Год назад

      @@BuckleUpShow Only recent reviews mention drive by wire, yours and one more. None of the original reviews of the Hyundai mild hybrids mention it. They all mention a decoupling system (which fair enough may be just oversimplifying it). I've not experienced the same issues with the clutch that you have and I've got two versions of the i20 as my wife has the older generation i20 without the mild hybrid system. The clutch feels exactly the same. To be honest, I don't really see the point in the feature as it doesn't always activate, especially if you don't do many miles to charge the battery enough. And I really don't think the fuel savings are big enough to justify the extra cost of implementing it and potential maintenance issues later on.

    They market it as a suv you call it cuv . It neither it a small estate car you could its i20 estate which it share it interior dash and door trims with. Come on it not a cross over its an estate like the skoda fabia and vw polo where. This obsession with cross over car in th8s case is stretching the truth alot.no increase ride height over i20
