I don’t see why they wouldn’t accept this video, any company with a proper PR team would absolutely accept this. Alpharad is the Internet funny man, people watch his content cause it’s funny, what’s better than seeing a tired alpharad clinging to barely scrape through a legally binding contract? And he still shows the company in a good light and makes the game seem fun, seems like an overall win to me
tbh the fact that jacob has been candid about his struggles with anxiety in the past makes this whole video SO much of a "when everything goes so horribly wrong that you just have to laugh"

I love how subversive and transparent this video is considering it's one of your sponsored tournaments, I realize you probably consider this incredibly lazy in comparison to your other ones, but I personally prefer this style (said style being like...telling a story like you're trying to explain it to someone who knows neither what a stumble nor guy is) and consider it a treat. Your ability to improv under time crunch is impressive

I always enjoy "pulling back the curtain" type videos. It helps remind people that their favorite content creators are human and is normally pretty entertaining anyways.
I guess you could say he truly stumbled his way through this sponsorship. Absolutely meta, wouldn't have expected anything less from the mastermind himself, bringing it to the next level with the metaphor!

Watch this be the most sucussful stumble guys video in terms of engagement with the sponsorship. "RUclipsr I liked messed up so I'll check out their sponsor to cover their ass" is a powerful driving force at times. I vaguely recall a Ludwig video where he talked about how he totally forgot about a nord sponsorship for a month and then after telling his stream about it he had the most clickthroughs from like any nord VPN sponsorship.

I think this was my favorite "main channel" video since the Space Jam 2 video. I think the "you just talking to the camera" style videos are great, you're just a funny guy - if i want "let's play" videos, your synergy with Jo on the other channel is great for that too.

It is genuinely hilarious that everything that “ruins” the video actually makes it more likely to stick in fans’ heads and get rewatched. I know I’m probably rewatching this one at least a few times, it is good entertainment.

Can I just say how impressive it is that even though Jacob lost his footage and had to get this all put together within a handful of hours he still made it entertaining and chaotic like the rest of his videos. Like, Stumble Guys still got their monies worth, maybe more so cause his community will remember this video.
I'm not sure how many of the "oopsies" here were scripted for the sake of leaning into the disasterpiece (dropping mic, knocking over dinner, etc) but I'm gonna be honest this kind of like, brutally honest "let it ride" content is fucking awesome lol.
Like I really enjoy the super high production stuff, but this video feels very *real* and I think that makes it special
i'm pretty sure none of them were staged but they were simply mistakes that he didn't cut out of the video (when he usually does), moreso influenced by the immense stress he was under
but people who make videos always makes oopsies like that, he just didn't cut them out because if it's fucked up, he might as well show it in full
dropping the mic was absolutely fake, though he didnt intend to damage it so thats real. as for knocking over the food, nothing was shown, so he couldve easily been lying that there was even anything there. the bad shirt I think was real.
I like Jacob's style of videos and honestly nothing about this was different from his usual work even with the footage not being his so I don't really see how anything was "ruined". He just had a new direction to the humor of this video -> his footage fumble

These kinds of videos are almost better than the polished ad reads, especially as the company kept sponsoring it regardless, if it wasn't for the stress it caused you. Nothing almost convinced me to buy raycon like a youtuber who put them in a blender, froze them in a block of ice, drove over them with a truck and other things and the case still protected them
As a film student, I remember losing my footage for a short film I was helping my friend make and I was so stresses about it. Luckily I made a meme edit version for fun and ended up using most of th clips from their and just taking out the sound so I'd have the clip.
