Numeric Racing Short Shifter for 997 - DIY Install & Review

Here is a video I put together installing the Numeric Racing Short Shifter in my 2006 Porsche Carrera (997.1). Installation should be very similar in any 997 (.1 or .2)
I opted to do just the shifter and not the cables as I’ve heard that it makes it louder in the cabin. While I can appreciate a more engaging experience, I don’t track the car and primarily just drive it on the streets.

With the OEM shifter there is an alignment tool to adjust the cables. How did you adjust the cables on the Numeric?
