    The level of control you both have is amazing. It looks like you guys are going as hard as possible while somehow not hurting each other. It looks way more practical to simulate a real match by the hardness of it, yet it's very technical and both fighters have great check on their egos to not let it devolve into a full-on 'fight'. You guys dance very well on that fight line between going too-hard and going too-light. Such a good, useful sparring for both fighters.

    One thing to shut down the aggressive punch combos is with a teep and double jab (second jab is a power jab). Learned that watching Namsaknoi

    I need sparring partners like you guys. Composed, relaxed and still enough power... Not the knd of guys that try to knock you out with every single punch... Fun to watch and even more fun to do, I guess.

    This was amazing to watch. Your head movement and feet are beautiful to watch. Nice shoulder rolls as well on a couple of those engagements. I really need a sparring partner to work on my timing and real fighting. Once upon a time I was really good and fast but lost some of it due to moving and not having anyone to spar with. I’m gunna go back to my heavy bag now..good job man!

    • @MMAShredded

      awesome man heavy bag is still good training, keep it up!

    • @AlphaAchilles
      @AlphaAchilles 4 года назад

      Yeah man...I’ve noticed since I’ve lost my training partners and only have my bag that my power has went WAY up and I’m actually pretty fast and my movement is good but I sparred about a month ago and I realized that I am lacking when it comes to reacting to contact and using what I do on the bag with an opponent. Like mike Tyson said,” everyone has a plan until you get punched in the mouth.” Love you videos bro! Keepem comin!
