It's great that you show clips not just of you landing, but also your partners landing, and the chaos of the gym too. Lots of youtubers only put out content that makes them look good, but you keeping it real deserves a lot of respect

Love and appreciate your Sparring videos. It's also admirable that you not only show your highlights but also show moments in which you got caught and why you did get caught. Probably a shit ton of work but we love and respect you for that! ❤️
And by the way, your Legendary Tactics program is soooo good.
    Thanks for everything brother ❤️

Think it's a great idea Jeff, I could certainly watch you everyday, in an ideal world that would happen, but my workload lately has really increased, which I'm greatful for don't get me wrong, so I catch you when I can, your vids are the best on RUclips, all the great combos, the mistakes, the strikes and getting caught yourself are there, it's just raw, unstaged realistic Martial Arts, none of this "if I strike you with my left and you block with your right, then grab my leg and disable me with a finger jab to my pressure point in my leg, leaving me making animal noises on the ground" crap.
You've got the wisdom, skills and drive to do it, go for it, nothing changes if nothing changes 👍

Jeff, could you ellaborate on hard sparring ?
For example : if competition is 100% commitment, how would you rate hard sparring by comparison ?
How many times a week do you do hard sparring ? Do you get injuries often ?

    • @MMAShredded

Seems like great content from Jeff. 👍
I agree with 70-80% but my sparring partners and I pull power shots that will land (if we can).
I spar 2-3 times per week starting 7 weeks before the fight. I don't get injured in sparring. Find good guys to train with who don't go 100% and can put their egos aside.

Great Job Jeff, Mark in La here, the first big guy you did some good moves . Those big guys you got to keep dancing out of range.I also like in your sparring it doesnt appear people are reallly unloading heavy blows. More of a spirit of working on technique and together.

Nice work in the gym! I like the vlog idea! I have thought that in this day and age. Doing a vlog and as well showing funny parts of your life would let people get to know you and see your story which would in part get you more people invested into your life.
Maybe a video on how to condition your self for a super human gas tank lol.

Nice video bro, I've been following u for some couple months. Could you do more fight/sparring breakdown? I'd love to see a detailed tutorial on dealing with the situation when you&your enemy were hugging to each other and you countered them by sweeping on 6:24 and 7:05 ? I don't know what's that called but I'd love to see a tutorial. You deserves more subs! Keep it up!
