Vids are sick. Keep it up
This was my first quad.....it was great
Keep up the good vids dude
Love the vids man
I would definitely try lubricating the cables going to the throttle. That could be causing your high revving throttle stick issue.
The breeze was my first four-wheeler back in 1992 it was a Christmas gift. It dropped a valve and ate the piston up. If you hear a unusual noise stop running the four-wheeler and get it checked out.
Check the position of the mixture screw and as suggested bellow lube the throttle cable and check for vacuum leaks
Nice vid keep it up 💪
Love your videos and learn from em. But can you make videos more often? :) Pleasee
I'd take the carb completely off and give it a good clean again. Make sure the throttle slide moves freely inside the carb and give the rubber boots a good check over for leaks. 🤞
Typically rev hanging is from a lean mixture or a vacuum leak. However, you would usually here backfiring when letting off gas if its from a lean running condition. Id recommend making sure the pilot screw is correct and if that doesn't help make sure the slide inside the carb is not getting hung up at all and that the cable is lubed.
Do more quad videos they are very helpful and to you to as you can see it brings views for you please more quad videos
Thanks.

upload more vids your awesome dude I just got a new quad it is a Polaris magnum 425 it's a 98 that has not been started in 20 years no lie they used to go hunting and he has not used it in 20 years no running or anything. we got a new carb and now it# runs and rides. we dragged it out of the yard because the steering was locked so he gave us the keys and we tried for at least an hour and finally, it unlocked and my dad towed it with his truck and got it on the trailer.# runs and rides
You should totally make a video of all your machines that you have
You just got a new subscriber
Could be the throttle cable, or the carb throttle slide could be gummed up from sitting.
Definitely seems lean like there could be an air leak try spraying some starter fluid around the air intake and manifold and if rpms change at all theres a leak
It is a breeze.
I know a bad pun
Yo that’s awesome I have the same quad
Every thing you own you think the float gets stuck lol I don’t seem to have that problem very often
If he takes apart all the carbs and the float still sticks,? He doesn't know what hes doing. Still learning I guess.
In every video he says the float us stuck lmao
What hapund to finger
Yeah but eventually a carb goes bad and it will leak gas indefinitely
Good video bro.
Hey migs when's the video on the supermoto bike coming out please do it soon and keep it up
I had this quad! It was a 69 I believe. It ran great until it finally died a few years ago. Im 14 BTW and I have a Honda Recon Now. 👍 Great Video 😁
It was a 69??
I got one as well I believe it’s from the 2000s and it has issues starting after a long time of not starting

the revving up problem is typical of a clogged pilot jet.
you had to raise the idle really high to get some fuel from the main jet to be able to idle, so it is running lean at mid rpm and good at high rpm.
the result is a big lag from idle to mid rev.
check your jet and air passage.
it might be an aire leack too, paray some carb cleaner on the carb and intake boot at idle, if the engine rev up you have an air leak.
It can be a float high adjustment too, specially after pulling it that hard
Have the same thing and I don’t know how much it would be for you to send it out on the trak
Nice vid
There’s a air leak somewhere. That’s what causes it to rev up and hang idle. It will also do that if it is lean
Maybe the needle assembly that is connected to the throttle cable is slow and that is why it takes a while to go back up to idle. The needle is connected to the throttle cable, therefore when you push the throttle in the needle lifts up, letting gas go through into the carb. You may check that.
It’s doing the same thing as my Kawasaki Bayou 220 when you adjust the idle screw it controls how high that rev. Is when you push on the throttle for some reason it doesn’t actually control the idle
Big fan and I also own a Yamaha Breeze
Nah
what was the size of the tire you put on the supermoto
you could try lubing the thottle because it might be sticking also if the cable is routed wrong it can put strain on the cable and stop it returning properly
Your a vehicle scientist
Nice bro
It might be getting a little hung up in the housing or it also could be the slide in the Carburetor
Where do u buy your parts at please let me know plz i be so thankful
Hey migs you inspired me to get a quad that didn't run but I fixed it by only watching your vids
Lies
I have the same Quad! You have To ride a lot then it wil be beter. I wachted out of the Netherlands😜
Keep it up
Looks like your adjusting your idle/air mixture..you need to adjust the screw on the thumb throttle if there's not one there then on the carb there's a screw on the butterfly that you adjust to keep it idling...the weird revving is because you messed with the idle air mixture screw... screw that screw all the way back in then unscrew it 2 turns and that will put it back to stock
My quad keeps having trouble starting then stalling.
Love your vids watching all your vids
That thing sweet too
Live ur vids man
Love***
i had the same throttle problem on my gs 750 and all it was, was the idle was too high and it also set for 7 years but i turned down the idle and it fixed it self out
I used to have a 2004 yamaha raptor 350 and i had that problem of where it revs too much after giving it gas, I rebuild the carb and then ran perfect, i think u need a carb rebuild like me
If the idle is hanging then its lean or vacuum leak.
My Yamaha bigbear revved our and the carbourator manifold had a whole in it
Lower the idle. Then tighten up the throttle cable tensioner some . 👍
Mine use to do that so my dad thought it was the carb so he brought a new one then it still had the problem and I found out it was just a leak in the fuel pipe
Had the same problem with my Yamaha grizzly the throttle cable was rusted and when I reved
that up it would stay there but then the vibrations of the engine would not get back down to an idol so I had to get a new throttle cable And WD-40 would not help and I was also pretty closely exhaust is loose the exhaust fan so I was pretty close to it
Hey buys Briggs here
I thinks it the throttle cable had the same problem on my banshee 350
I used to own a breeze same color that he has but mine blew up sadly but now I have a Yamaha wolverine 350
yay
Just future advice when working on something that seat up drain the tank clean the tank before but that gas to the freshly cleaned carb
Uts a yamaha thing when they sit there fir a while they wont idle for a while abd the throttle is insanely touchy it fixed itself on both of my blasters they sat for like 10 years put marvel mystery oil in it it will help alot
Vacuum leak if it's revving weirdly
Bike Stream maybe if it did it by itself yes but its the throttle sticking if it stays at high rpm after revving it
Not always vacuumed could be a float seal or air fuel
Could also be running super lean
I have the same quad and int run always if its cold no problem is it hot no probel mits a mice quas
I got a Yamaha Two it’s been sitting for seven years it just needed a new battery
Either vacuum leak, sticky throttle cable, or carb adjustment. Iv have a 89 breeze and never had a problem like that
Dude I have a Yamaha Grizzly 125 automatic it looks the same as your engine wise and it does the same thing it’s a factory thing. Trust me there is no problem.
Yessss boyyyy
Air leak ore, the needle clip timing ore it also could be the valves
Vacuum leak or sticky throttle cable
What did you do to your finger
My son and I are resurrecting a breeze tomorrow. We know it runs though it has been 4 years at least. We bought a new battery, chain and sprockets, tire tubes and a sparkplug.
I know about these things so we are good.
But I have to say you know your stuff. Did your dad teach you?
Hey it revvs out because the throttle line is fraying in the rubber so you need a new cable
What is the fast dirt bike you own
you should do a video of all your projects
Finally!!
@12:27 when she gets you a quad instead of a dirt bike 😂
some people like quads more (no hate)
Yes First Nice vid
And yes breezes stay on higher rpm when u let off. They r gun but they can stop running easily
I know I'm late but it sounds like the idle circuit is gummed up.
Awesome video but a lot of commercials lol keep going bro
Why does the breeze have a licence plate
I have a grizzly Yamaha 125 it does the same thing don’t worry about it.
well you clearly dont give two shits about that quad
no u there is no need to be rude like that and so take very good care of it but I don’t always have time to ride it because I live in town and it is out at my grandmas farm. So please stop being so rude.
Migs how much would you sell that quad for?
Always always always start with tirely clean fuel system!
back the idle screw all the way out mine did thhe same thing
Throttle cable could be frayed and keeping the rpm high
do u still have it
My grandmas breeze had a throttle then die problem. Heres what it is. A fuel line has a leak or the carb isnr delivering enough gas
Try your rich and lean fuel mixture screw.
my yamaha breeze has a long rev too
I have a breeze too and it does that
It might need a new thtottle cable they can rust up and it would stick get a new one that should help haf to do the same with mine when it sat for 20 years
try adjusting the mixture screw
Yeet notification squad wya?
You have got to drive it
Can you bring small motorbike 35 longsight
What kind of yahama is that
Why didn’t you sell some of them
