a good battery sits at around 12.6 12.7 volts and your batter being at 11.17 is low just take your charger and put it on all night to keep the battery up on voltage.

Even though the volt meter read 11 volts, it didn't have enough amps to crank over. If you checked the voltage while you were trying to crank it, it would go down a lot. Since you charged it, the battery had more amps so it could crank over. I hope this helps

Those black tubes your putting on the wires those black tubes are called heat shrink put one on a wire and then get a lighter to it and it will shrink tight to the wire and don’t worry it won’t damage anything

Noting beats the feeling of getting a bike/quad to start and ride after it`s been "broken" A battery needs at least 12,5++ volts to work good. And im so glad you are smart enough to use starter fluid. I just hate watching so many stupid people burning out there starters just because they wont use starter fluid. its gods gift to mechanics :D And now that you have got that thing started, pull it out of the quad and throw it in the trash. Get a china copy 140-160cc replacement motor, with gears. It just bolt`s right into your frame. 90cc automatic is way to small and weak for you.

11.17volts is low!!! charge it! if battery is under 11.5volts it means that it is almost empty. 11.5-12.5 volts is good

duude...it's just 12v battery. it wont kill you and you can not even feel it. You need over 60 volts to even feel it :D
