I picked up my copy of The Urban Monk this morning and after reading a bit decided to look up Qigong on RUclips. I followed your routine just a moment ago and really appreciated its simplicity and flow. I have the most challenge out letting go of my breath. I hold my belly in tension or braced. I have since I was a young girl (thought it made me look thinner!). It’s a hard hold to let go. My hope and intention is to continue following this simple qigong practice in the mornings and hopefully as to it whenever I feel the need. Your practice is approachable for me (I’m 60 years old with poor knees and not very flexible). My overall intention is to breathe new and vibrant life into my body. I’m not done with living fully just yet.

I am new to Qigong, and I'm finding it to be very calming. The stretching and breathing feels great. I love it!
I found this flow today and I want to say Thank You from the bottom of my heart. I have been doing Qigong for a while, but today was the first time that a flow left me in tears. Unknown stress and anxiety bubbled up and got wash away. I have heard of others that have had such experiences with a Qigong flow, I now understand. I am super grateful to have found this flow today. Great to see a video with a title that is legit and not click bait, you do actually feel great during and after. While there may be many other similar videos that exist like this, I feel there is no need look further than this channel. Day three of doing Qigong, which I do plan to do as a daily practice! I have noticed a shift in abundance in my life. My body is popping in and out muscle wise/joints. ❤ I do feel somewhat unbalanced in my body which I think this is bringing me back to balance. 😅 I can’t wait to have a house and have space in a backyard to do Qigong in the summer next year! 🎉😊

I have tried to be motivated to exercise in different ways and I find what motivates me the most is something with forms/postures (Taekwondo, Tai Chi, yoga) or that is improvisational (dance). Unfortunately I never stuck with anything, because nothing ever seemed to fit well. I tried qigong years ago in a class environment but it didn't energize me or motivate me. This video was totally different, and I felt the energy, and felt like I exercised my body in a healthy way. Thank you! I definitely want to join in the future...

I love this so much! A lot of times I find yoga a little too active to do if I'm not intending to fully exercise/have a shower, but simple stretches lack the flow that makes yoga so soothing. This finds a great balance between them.
Will definitely be watching more & trying to strike up a daily practice!

I did my first ever Qigong session at the weekend (helping a friend who’s working towards being an instructor himself) and really liked it so looked for some shorter sessions to keep the momentum going. I’m thrilled to find this channel and this video was the perfect “bite size” to fit in with my day. I've recently realized, that me doing seated meditations bring me stress, so, I went online to look for alternatives.
I found these types to be my most desired:
Dance meditation;
*Qigong*;
Tai Chi;
Baguazhang;
Xing yi quan.
I will practice qigong everyday following your video and a couple of other ones, while doing baguazhang on Fridays, then baguazhang and xing yi quan on the weekend. This schedule is experimental for now though, to see if I really like practicing these.
