i did the same and everytime the grass grew in between the pavers i use the trimmer and rock would be flying everywhere, make sure if anyone doing this put some plastic, fabric underneath save you alot of headaches.

That there is an ankle twister waiting to happen. The base under the cement/concrete/pattern must be well compacted and solid, and 100% level, or it will move. If the base is not solid, and level, it will sink, crack, and crumble to dust very quickly.

For a driveway big project you going to need gravel as a base and compact the gravel, rebar , and then you going to need concrete strength for driveway 3000 to 4000 psi

Very nice but you forgot to put the plastic to prevent the grass from growing in between. But thx for the great idea.
