Your finish is much smoother than the rest I've seen. Your mix seems wetter which is prob why. How long did you have to leave it before taking the mold off?
Only drawback I can see with this, at least for what I will be doing, is that I'm not completely sure my ground is level, so instead I'll just pour it and then level out the top. And then do a stamp in part of the top

@Sara Kesteloot You don't need to wait at all. Your mix should not be so wet that it sags when you remove the mold. Just be sure you fill the mold and tamp it down. Remove the mold and smooth the concrete as needed.

То консистенцию раствора не угадал, то ждешь когда схватился, чтоб не поплыл раствор, то рано снял и раствор поплыл , то между отсеками рамки не попал раствор. Это полная жопа. What were you brushing inside mold? Is it something like Pam spray for when you bake a cake so it wont stick?
Probably a repellant so the mixture wont stick to the mold. Or maybe its a used oil!

At 1 minute you can see him mixing plaster sand and cement. It's just regular mortar with no rock

How long does it take to “dry” so you can go on with the next tile? Would it be better to buy 2 molds to work faster?

More patient than me, I would have bought 100 of those molds.
Did the color ever even out over time? They look like diffrent colors
The darker colors are when still moist. Once it completely dries it should all be the same color.

what did you coat the mold in every time prior to using it?
@Michelle A Probably some type of cooking oil. I didn't use anything when I used these molds, but I used a spray (PAM) when I made my own wood molds.
I saw u apply something around the moulder. What is that? grease?

Неделю назад видел в магазине Светофор по 380 по-моему . Это Ростовская область.
В бау центре отдел сад огород там был, Краснодар. А ещё лучше будет добавить в смесь житкое стекло и накрыть плёнкой чтобы долго сохло
