Hi Guys, Welcome to my review of BistroMD, which is a meal delivery service that is all about helping people lose weight. So if you’ve been following my journey, you’d know that I’ve been testing a bunch of different meal delivery services and I think that I got a bit carried away trying new recipes because I noticed the other day that I definitely put on a few extra pounds that I really want to lose.
Also, I got a lot of questions in the comments section about weight loss after my other reviews so I decided to try BistroMD - a meal delivery service that’s only available in the U.S - to see how the service works, if it actually tastes good and if it’ll actually contribute to helping me slim down a bit.
And if you’ve ever tried to diet before, you’ll know that you can get a bit obsessed with food, especially what you can’t eat. It doesn’t always work out well for me. So I like the idea of having all my meals delivered, precooked, so I won’t have any excuses to break my diet when I don’t know what to make or if I just don’t feel like cooking or something like that.

I took the diabetic meal plan had my brother eat it. His fasting blood sugars are always high. Twice in a row when he had the meal for dinner he literally had normal glucose readings (80s-90s) the next morning. It seems that the diabetic meals are very well formulated that they can treat diabetes in someone who has uncontrolled diabetes for over 20 years. This is not a medical claim. This is an observation. It may seem expensive to buy delivered meals like this, but when you consider all parts of the equation (time, buying the food, gas money, cooking, etc)...it's actually worth it.

You are not charged for this planned meal, as the price of their 7 day plans which include the My Night are adjusted to account for the “missing” entree.

Can I have my meals sent to a new address when Im traveling?
Yes! Their customer service team would be happy to help you temporarily set up a new shipping address for however long you are travelling. They just need to know at minimum a week in advance before you travel. It’s important to give them enough time to get the new shipping information to FedEx.
