Yes to the do’s & don’ts please. Any grad chapter specific content, like prepping for a grad chapter informational, or how to build authentic relationships after an intake just happened & you’re kind of in-between. This might be off topic, but can you make a video on signs things are going well, or you’re coming across well, or vibing with the chapter? Conversely how to know it’s not going as well & how to adjust/pivot. It’s more challenging for some people with the switch to so much virtual connecting. Thank you for the great content!

I've been following a grad chapter in my area for over a year before they ended up introducing a new line of members. I went to all of their events and never saw any events that were informal or informational. They were always a church service or a bingo night and afterwards everyone would scatter. I always felt out of place because everyone knew each other and those who weren't in the sorority came with someone who was. I attempted to express interest but was told it's by invite from another member. I really am not sure how I can express interest to the other chapters in my area and be someone their interested in if I don't already know someone in that chapter who can introduce me.
I have sample inquiry emails in my intake prep course that have been helpful to those looking for ways to express interest. Sometimes you have to ask if there's anything that they're willing to put you in contact with. It's worth a try.
@@KelsTells Thank you. I'm definitely going to invest in your course. I trust your advice and I honestly need all the help I can get. I heard it's not as easy to join a grad chapter but never thought it be this hard just to engage with someone.
I've been invited to a virtual interest meeting by email. However they said not to post and it's not posted on their Facebook. We have to wear business attire and attend the whole meeting to get a packet. So this is a formal or informal interest meeting?
You're welcome! And thank you! I'm wearing Black Radiance lipstick; it's satin so I put a translucent powder on top to mattify it. I forgot the shade but I'll add in the description box when I find it.

Thank you so much for this video! Quick question-if you are interested in two orgs, is it advised to attended both organizations’ informal meetings?
