    Which springs do you recommend?

      Hi, I use a Balanced Body reformer and would recommend trying 1 green spring, or 1 red with one yellow spring, or one red with one blue spring, to see which provides a tension push as you press out, while forcing you to use your abs to draw the carriage in.
