只好打電話向媽媽求救。跟住10大TIPS,我第一次煮牛腩就成功了! 當然要同大家開心分享!
肉炆得剛剛好,質地夠腍,但係絕不鬆散。

我係一次過喺大統華買哂啲肉,牛骨喺包裝好嘅肉類雪櫃,牛坑腩就喺有職員企喺到個雪櫃。整好哂,食個陣好滿足㗎😊

睇講解語氣同整時嘅動作,心諗似乎係第一次整,去到尾有講估啱咗。另外,汆水時最好敝走面上嘅浮沫烏糟嘢先,如果唔係就咁去沖水洗d浮沫就好似片中黐番入舊肉或牛骨度。
我周末剛剛都整咗清湯腩,所以 AI 演算法帶我來 😂,我有如你最後講焗咗個牛骨,同有落魚露,另外有加大地魚。

As there were only 2 pieces in the fridge which didn’t look appealing, I asked the staff if there was more stock.
She told me to come back later and finally gave me this one😊
I live in Chicago and like you I also have great difficulty finding the "Brisket". Beef Brisket is a totally different cut of meat in Western butchery. I also tried Chinese supermarkets in China Town but they don't have big chunks like that shown in the video. Also, it was super expensive!

我喺大統華買,應該好多華人超市都有。如果見到雪櫃嘅牛坑腩唔係咁靚,可以試吓問職員仲有無其他。我個件都係職員喺切割房入邊拎出嚟😉
