Mene Gym chorr diya hai but meine Fitness Lifestyle nhi chorri mein aaj bhi har roz Running krta hu Pushup pull-up jesi bodyweight exercises consistently regular krta hu but abhi Mera primary focus apne career aur pesa bnane mein hai.     I eat Sattu because I like eating it with ice :). I take 10-15 gms after eating 25 gms Oats with Milk. The gap is around 1 hr

      yes, dont over eat. count calories based on ur weight when you eat. eat Daliya, Bananas, sattu, healthily carbs, stay away from sugar, fried and processed food (packet food)

      Bhai ek kaam karo cardio badha do thoda aur weight training me intensity badhao matlab 8-12 rep me train karo till muscle failure...
      Aur carbohydrates aur thoda kam kardo.. protein thoda zyada lo ho sake to
