    Ciao Alfonso! Vorrei studiare ingegneria informatica all'estero (principalmente in Europa, seguendo corsi in lingua inglese) ma ho visto che lì fanno molte differenziazioni (computer engineering, software engineering..) e non capisco quale di queste corrisponda alla facoltà di ingegneria informatica italiana. Tu per caso sapresti aiutarmi?

    • @alfonsograziano

      Hey! A CS degree is not mandatory but can help in finding the first job. Being fluent in Italian is mandatory for the majority of the companies that work in Italy. There are some companies working mainly in English though but I'm not sure about the percentage

    How much software engineers make in italy annually ?

    • @alfonsograziano
      @alfonsograziano  11 месяцев назад

      It really depends. You can start from 20k if you are a very junior developer, than you can reach usually 40k in 4/5 years, then if you are hired for higher roles you can reach up to 100k.
      In average I would say that you can gain easily 30k/year with a little bit of skills and experience

I've spent most of my adult life doing customer service jobs and what not, even though I'm smart and have a couple of college degrees in economics and philosophy. Regardless, employers still would not hire me for the type of jobs I'm supposed to be doing. I'm sure I won't have that problem with software development.
