After reading some of your comments it's amazing how different university is every country. I am also studying aerospace (tho because the market for rockets and satellites isn't big here its actually closer to aeronautical) in Argentina and just finished my 1st year, with the 2nd starting on March. Im so jealous of the rocket competition, we have nothing of the sort here and we don't get many practical tasks until like 3rd year (total of 6, tho last one is pretty short). Even tho I had 8 subjects which was like 4 hours a day Monday to Saturday (not including study time) you are a lot busier than me, the level of your university must be really good, really admire that and the fact that you can also do projects. Anyway good luck on your studies!
Yes, it's true. I also discovered that universities are very different from each other! Having the opportunity to participate in competitions and stuff like that is amazing, but university side believe me also polimi is very theoretical and close to zero practical. Good luck on your studies too!

Ahahahah I kinda like spending my time doing things i like. Being super passionate about space, rockets and motorsport it’s not that absurd for me to spend a lot of my time on these. Hi I’m from Castellabbate and still quite consfused whether I should pursue my dream job of Cucina Pappagallo or apply for astronautical engineering. Tips pls?
Hey! I just finished high school. May I know what the entry requirements were for you to enter the Bachelors AE programme? I’m really interested in applying. (I’m an international student but learning italian isnt an issue for me)
You need to take a test (TOL polimi) and send some documents but there is not really a specific requirement. The test is in italian and the higher you are in the standings, the more likely you will get in.
Hey how's it going? I loved your video and your routine, I fell in love with this university. And could you answer me these questions, Are you doing a bachelor's or master's degree and what year are you in? Are your classes taught in English or Italian? Did you need to send the TOELF? Ans, do u received any scholarships? My English is not one of the best so if it was already answered in the video, I'm sorry. Thank you very much for your attention, success!
Hey, thanks! I'm in a bachelor, and unfortunately they are only Italian taught, so, being an italian citizen and speaker, i did not have to send any language certificate. the university is pretty cheap, so basically anyone can afford it , especially since it is based on your family income, ranging from a minimum of 0 (full ride) up to the full 2700 if i am not wrong. the "award" is automatically given to you based solely on your financial situation, at least for bachelor.
I am 19 years old, currently in my first year out of 3. In italy we have one more year of high school so i guess it counts as sophomore. I’m not sure about the master program: i already know i’ll be studying space engineering but i don’t know where yet. Hopefully US or UK, but Delft or TUM are not bad choices at all!
@@christianferracane Once you start to get Orbital Mechanics and Space Environment you will fall even more in love with space! May I ask why you are not considering ISAE? Good luck with your first year!

Hi Ahmad. I’m in my first year so i still don’t know them all. We’ve been working on CAD design so Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, SolidEdge. We also used MatLab and many others softwares for C program language. Hit me up on LinkedIn! I would like to ask you some questions aswell!
i was thinking about to study aerospace in polimi but the department is in Italian and my family is so far from the space things. They see better to study software then the aerospace and it makes me sad also. But anyway i live in latvia rn but i will move to italy next year. I don't have any choice about studying aerospace in italy because of the language but i can study artificial intelligence in roma sapienza. What do think about these departments actually? i think aerospace is the best and then maybe artificial intelligence but idk about the software cause almost everyone studies this, it is so common and maybe 10 years later it will be impossible to find a job.
They are both great options for your future. Don't get scared about jobs because there will always be the need for computer scientist and especially, in the future, for AI technicians.

ahahaha i know the team! thank you!
Hehehe would you look at that
Amazing video , Cant wait to start my day as an aerospace engineering student:))
Good luck!
Bro did u join aerospace engineering
Hi - mechanical engineering student from South Africa. Wanted to ask if the language of instruction in your lectures is English or just Italian
For bachelor it's only Italian. Master is instead only in english.
as some ChemE major I am going to my classes in February and looking forward to Your videos to study like you
Good luck!
Hii I just started aerospace engineering department and I can not explain how excited I am! everyone is telling me that it is going to be super though and stuff but all I want is to graduate with the best gpa🥺 Wish you the best of luck!
hey I'm currently a junior in high school and thinking of taking aeronautical engineering as my major but I've heard that it is very hard and I kinda want to enjoy my 20s, go out with friends, date and all the that stuff. do you think aeronautical engineering would be a viable degree for me?
@@keerthi155 I think you still can and you should, at the end of the day if this is what you really want to do, you start enjoying it even more than you could imagine, of course some days will be more difficult to handle and at the beginning you might have some problems with balancing social life and studies, but as long as you are aware that a lot of responsibilities comes with this dream, never give up and give your 100% to your studies and when taking a break enjoy it as much as you can. I believe in you, we need more aeronautical engineers! ✨
It's nice to see AE major in different parts of the world. I'm a first year AE student, we mainly study general STEM and Calculus as of now, with a bit of Programming and Introduction to Engineering.
Greetings from Vietnam!
we’re kinda doing the same here. starting with fundamentals and then getting deeper.
I am also an Aerospace Engineering Student here from France and with my team I am in charge of the design of the combustion chamber for an experimental rocket. I think we are competing at the EUROC too, but for the 30 km.
Cool! I think we are also planning to change category in the next years but i’m not sure

What i want to say is one thing , Hats off bro , I’m a flight systems and control’s student and I’m getting killed by Calculus as well !
I’m planning to apply for the master degree in Milano next year , so i wish to see you there !
Thank you man! Looking forward to see you in Milan :)
Can you do Architectural Engineering at Undergraduate then do Aerospace engineer at postgraduate?
maybe, depends on the university tbh, but like, usually yes if you do complete "other subjects" after from undergraduate at aerospace eng.
Can you recommend the best Aerospace engineering college
In Europe its Delft University (Netherlands)

Do they teach in english? Thanks for your time!
For bachelors unfortunately no :(
Really good bro its gonna to be help many students in future🙌
Hope so!
i'm confused whether aerospace is better than mechanical, should i take mechanical even though i have no interest in motors, just design
i made a specific video about that!
Broo W song choice to start the video
ahahahah thanks
Hey how's it going?
I loved your video and your routine, I fell in love with this university.
And could you answer me these questions,
Are you doing a bachelor's or master's degree and what year are you in?
@@christianferracane omg, thanks for answering me!
Do you like the new mercedes' formula 1?
Yep and honestly it scares the s**t out of me. Ferrari in my ❤️
Could you say some advises or points for who wants to do aerospace engineering at the university?
Make sure to focus onda the stem subjects and don’t get anxious for nothing!
Great video! Are you finally going to HKUST?
That's the plan! Hope I will be accepted for the exchange program ;)

Nice one. What year are you? Do you already know what master will you be doing?
Cheers :)
Ahahahaha i just forgot to add it there. Anyway i would still be more interested in names like Stanford / MIT. Probably dreaming too big but who knows ahahah
Should i study on aerospace engineering in future?
yes you really should

@Christian Ferracane broo if I had done bachelors in computer science engg can I do my masters in aero?
i guess so but you will need to integrate all the courses and exams that you did not do in the bachelor because there are some requirements for each master.
I'm a student of iit kharagpur (Sundar pichai was also from the same college),
In the aerospace Department, I'm not sure about the scope of aerospace in my country, can you tell me it's scope internationally..
Do they teach aerospace engineering in English or in Italian?
bachelor is Italian taught only. grad school/master is instead only english taught.

Hi Ahmad. I’m in my first year so i still don’t know them all. We’ve been working on CAD design so Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, SolidEdge. We also used MatLab and many others softwares for C program language. Hit me up on LinkedIn! I would like to ask you some questions aswell!
@@christianferracane sure
i was thinking about to study aerospace in polimi but the department is in Italian and my family is so far from the space things.
Don't get scared about jobs because there will always be the need for computer scientist and especially, in the future, for AI technicians.
do you have to do computer science to become an aerospace engineer?
In my university yes. Not sure about others

Qualcosa in comune c'è.
ci sta
