Copying and Pasting Document Text to Wordpress

Does your text always look funny when you go to paste from Google Docs to Wordress? Or maybe when you use Microsoft Word?
Well, when you go to copy text, you're not only copying the text characters itself, your computer is also copying styling, color, and other information lifted directly from the Word processor.
There might be all sorts of hacks for how to move your data from one word processor to Wordpress, but in this video you'll see exactly what's happening and the most certain and easy way to make sure your content is formatted correctly.

Nice video and explanation. Here's a tip if you're using the visual editor: there's a "Paste as Text" option that strips out all of the CSS and XML from documents. It's the clipboard with a "T" in the middle of it. You can also use the "Clear Formatting" option to remove any formatting from selected text. That icon looks like an eraser.
