I have 2 questions:
Why not use a fourth profil for the sweep?
Why use 2D offset and move it and not extrude whith undercut?

@@marc1849able thanks for the question. Use 4: the end line of the surf is not in center, somewhere in the right. The surf is not perfect symitry. Also have to create another profile sketch but have to cut the surf in half anyway. 2. Yes I think you can try extrude and tap angle. You can give it a try.
