  • this was my bedroom which I used as a kid. I am spending a month in Singapore with my family, so let's make it nice! because I won't be here long, we are not buying anything new and are just repositioning the existing furniture. don't judge my taste, I liked plastic blobby furniture then and spent all my savings on these! :D instead, pay attention to how and where the furniture pieces are located. I am using the principles of Feng Shui for this. #fengshui #spaceplaning #beforeandafter

    Great video.
I can attest that using Feng Shui techniques work, I am not a practitioner but have used a few techniques that I have read. Years ago we lived in a house that had the toilet in a straight line from the front door. In that house we could never get on top of our finances, my husband’s work was going through changes that could have been detrimental, his department was being transferred from a government firm to a private firm. They were trying to force the staff to comply, he and others were advocating to being made redundant meaning he would get a sizeable payout as a long term employee. With nothing happening for months, I set up a tiny table in the hallway with a small mirrored silver vase tied with a red ribbon. Within a week he was offered the redundancy and received a payout that was enough to build our own home debt free. He was happy to take time off, was planning on six months before. Got nowhere for two years, we were living on my meagre salary. Again I pulled out the Feng Shui books to see what might help, moved the bed from under a window into his power direction and again he was offered a job within days, didn’t even apply for it.
