I don't think any artist writes lyrics as powerful and relevant as Randy Blythe. Just incredible. He has a beautiful gift of saying things which other's can't articulate in words.

I’m 46 and they are easily my favorite metal band, passing Slayer about 10 years ago. I fucking love this band !
@@slrkls it often felt like slayer was heavy because they were slayer so that's what they had to be.... Didn't always work. Lamb of God are heavy because they own it, their sound changes but works how they want it to. It's like they're incapable of making bad music, they're just awesome!

Idk why, but the way the lyrics are written and the song is constructed, I feel as if this is more than just his views on this subject. It emulates reall pain in his voice at some of these parts.
It doesnt just flow like a political belief song.
It flows like a complete mental breakdown directed at the evil world around him.

This is so accurate with what is happening in the world today. Apathy is a societal disease.

As a high school teach in the US, this song impacts me in a way I wish it didn't. I feel certain that the wellbeing of my school community is in good hands, but I worry about that of other schools which may not feel the same amount of love and care and support. In this track, Lamb of God is urging us to use our voices to ensure that all communities stay safe. Let's remember to look after one another, spreading compassion and comprehension.

I think this is their most solid album so far
So rarely in life are we lucky enough to bare witness and share in something special, Lamb of God is more than the music they make. I love these guys for who they are,and the dedication to their fans to keep the music as pure metal that punches you in the face , while driving home a message. They never disappoint in my opinion . For me they are the best band in the world and have set the bar for all metal ,they are heavy and every album seems to get better which tells me they have more to say and share with us all. Thanks to the band for helping us all to see we flawed and remind us we can do and be better, for each other and ourselves. You guys deserve all the respect and support You guys killed it once again thanks

This is one of two songs in the album that put a literal smile on my face. Like that Lamb of God here we go again smile of perfect music. Randy said we can't do lamb of god as it is forever. So I expect some change in every album, right. He and Mark are getting older, and I understand that. They are writing music for them, and that's fine with me. Yeah it's not going to raise my attention like As the Palaces Burn, but why should it. This is for them. This is a time of unique understand of who these gentlemen have become.

It's been a shit year, but in case you or anyone wants some suggestions, here are some other bands who released great albums in 2020: Cirith Ungol (best comeback ever), Ulcerate, Midnight, 16, Intronaut, Havok, God Dethroned, August Burns Red, Black Dahlia Murder, Warbringer, Ulthar, Old Man Gloom (2 albums!), and yes, Sepultura and Testament.
