Nice video! I am considering buying Klein's core installer/extractor bit, now your video has brought to my attention two unforeseen points when using this bit. First the extractor cone is short and it could be prone to bottoming out limiting the extractor bite on the valve core body. Second assuming you can get some bite on the core and need to do any kind of pulling chances are the extractor bit will come off the driver first. Klein has another 1/4 in core extraction bit (pn 32784) that may work better? I dont know seeing is believing.
Yes, both your points are accurate. The controlled circumstances I demonstrated that bit would not always be the case. I did consider the other bit you mentioned, but it seemed as if it was just the longer version of shank. The extractor side didn't seem any longer. When I was pulling on the plunger of the core I was moving my entire toolbox, I could see completely pulling a condenser sitting on a plastic pad very easily. Perhaps there are other situations where that bit would be useful. I am glad you enjoyed the video and I was able to provide you with some information. Thank you for sharing!
These bits probably work well. Startlingly the 4-in-1 valve core also has one side that appears to be an ez-out style bit. For me that still stripped so I had to do this: ruclips.net/video/9WVWnj9GTE4/видео.html
Glad someone, pointed this out.
Was wondering, how i was gonna swap features.
From the old HVAC 11IN1 without having to by the entire screwdriver.
The Milwaukee 13 in 1 screwdriver has both of those ecx bits included.
Thanks, I’ve been searching everywhere on how to use this bit. #BlessUp
You should check out the new klein 20 in 1 screwdriver exclusive from lowes. That one is really amazing.
Amazon has it as well.
There's a newer Klein with an ECX (#2 anyway, not #1), they just don't call it that for obvious reasons. 14-Piece Bi-Material Magnetic Multi-bit

Good video. I don’t know if you have an Ace Hardware near you, but my local one carries packs of just ECX bits. I had been looking for them as well.
Thanks! I do have an Ace hardware near me and I didn't even think about looking there 😅 thanks for that! Really gotta support the local Ace.
What’s the bit in the Klein stubby please
Klien c1 is combination 1 or 2 same as Ecx
There is a slight difference with the Klein having the square drive extend past the slotted part which I like.
