I am fed up with car/motorcycle reviews that pit vehicles with are thousands of dollars apart against each orher. Lexus is one of the most reliable vehicles on the road. There's a reason for it and you're going to pay for it. Comparing the IS series to the 300 series or the A4 is a bit misleading. It's like comparing aglass gun to a metal one. The glass one might be prettier and feel more expensive, but have fun when it breaks after the first use. I'm just tired pf cherry picking traits to compare vehicles. BMWs just don't last. They are plagued with issues and a nightmare to fix. I would rather have a vehicle that might miss a few points but has had some effort put into it's mechanical build.

Lexus just equal reliability. Just because it doesn’t quite take off as fast as you’d like, doesn’t mean others would have a problem. I understand it’s an opinion but it is a 4 cylinder sedan, not a coupe. I think he bashed the car without doing more back research on it. No need to compare it to an Audi, BMW, and Mercedes when if you hit something in one of them it’s thousands of dollars, or the fact you don’t see many of them lasting over 170k or more miles.

F sport IS rims - best looking stock rims of any manufacturer (in my opinion)
F sport seats - one of the best seats of any car , comfortable + supportive
F sport gauge - one of the coolest in industry ..

I drive this of 2017 model
And loved this car
Except it doestnt have apple car play
And no wireless charging
And back seat are not comfort like mer glc
Bt overall car is very good
Hopefully next year
I ll Upgrade to nx300 hybrid
Cuz fuel is getting higher and higher in dubai

The IS is the smallest sedan Lexus offers, but the seat can be lowered quite a bit and adjusted back far enough to accomodate people over 6 feet just fine. I'm 6'1" and had no issues fitting in an ex girlfriends 2nd gen IS that is slightly smaller than this model.
