Hory Shits! The first try from the "fatty" one at the swing, when he said "like it was not there" was just... hory shit madafaka, I need to pratice that! Seemed like a SHOT!
Nah, in boxing a punch like that woul be considered a sloppy haymaker. While its true that whipping is part of any power punch in boxing, the swing and the movement is slightly diferent. Neither is wrong or right, they both work for diferent things. The reason why in boxing this would seem sloppy is because there slightly more wind up and wind down time and the angle leaves more openings for a counter than a traditional haymaker(a punch that is not considred very clean to begin with), boxing places more importance on acuracy and speed. While this punch places more emphasis on power. You will never generate nearly the same amount of power with an overhand or a traditional haymaker. So they are both useful and legit, but they have their pros and cons.
Vals credentials are very impressive

I like the way he is teaching a haymaker punch.

That's a simple boxing move.. all good boxers punch like a whip
Neverforget I can’t find any boxer that throws a hook with a hinge motion. Please show me.
