Excellent video and excellent results. It would have been helpful, however, to see images of the patient 1 month following the procedure, 2 months, etc. Just a thought for future reference. Thanks.
Thank you for the suggestion; most patients do not want to share photos in the early post-op period; rest assured, they look pretty horrendous until at least the 2 week mark. I tell my patients that they will only start looking good and enjoying the results at typically around 1 month and will always look their best no sooner than 3 months. If a facelift avoids midfacial work and no anterior neck work, then patients can look good at even 1 week. However, specializing in advanced facial aging, those are not the patients who most commonly present to our clinic. We are prepared to handle all extremes of facial aging for eligible candidates, but there is a healing period that must be well planned out.
WOW! I’m astonished by this transformation. I expected an improvement but not such a drastic one. She looks so healthy . I can’t imagine the the total cost of these procedures. I’m also sceptical of how it will look as she continues to age! Excellent video, thank you.
Nice job, I think having work done is great if you can do it, so the person you look at in mirror reflects who you feel like you are. To be looking back at the person you recognize. Aging is challenging in a youth oriented society, feeling good about yourself and maintaining a healthy self esteem is important.
This plastic surgeon is an artist. She looks somewhat younger BUT most importantly refreshed and healthy. Fantastic job. She looks great but not freakish like some woman who gets plastic surgery. Like a natural beauty. Looks like she is aging gracefully. there is no way she looks like she got work done. I really like her neck and jowls. WOW!
Moisturize..moisturize.. moisturize... Facial exercises daily Even with all that "work$$" If she doesn't moisturize and exercise her face..she'll be in the same status in a few years anyhow.
What a great result; especially the fractional laser removing all the sun damage. She looks younger, still in her age range but beautifully turned out. Her neck is stunning. Good job, not unrealistic look at all.
Wow, worn out look? That's sweet. Anyway, amazing work, she looks awesome. If only the procedures were affordable for those of us who don't have the extra cash. But remarkable. I'm sure she is overwhelmed.

I’m 43 look like a rough 53…. It’s effecting me more and more every day. This video is giving me hope!! I am very interested in this. I think I’m in the neighborhood too
Very interesting. I'm in my mid 60s and there are times when I look in the mirror and am not fully happy with how I look, especially from the side view because of my sagging neck. The thing that holds me back from surgery, is that as I age, I want to know what I'm supposed to look like. Plus, I remember Kenny Rogers before and after, and I always wished he had just stayed the same and aged naturally. He would have been so much better looking. Susan Lucci I think (just guessing here) must've had a little bit of work done continuously over the years, so there was never a dramatic before and after. Whatever work she had done always looked perfect. I recently began teaching my 4 1/2 year old grandson to do some photography. He really enjoys it. Anyway, (in my opinion) I looked horrible while pulling weeds in my garden. I was dressed in shorts and a tank top with my hair in a bun on top of my head and he said "smile grandma" so I did and said "how do I look?" He said "you look good!" I certainly did not think so when I saw the photo later, but through the eyes of the love of this little boy, his grandma looks good. Self-acceptance during the aging process is not easy, but I think worth it. I also let all my natural color grow out 3 years ago.
She and I are the same age… She either had a great deal of sun exposure or perhaps health issues ( poor genetics ). I personally feel she looked as though she was roughly 90 before her procedures ( I have a 92 year old friend who had no work done and looks much better ). After the procedures ( and they were very well done ), she looks like a sophisticated woman in her late 60's who had a face lift.
You do realise that people age differently right, what you eat, sun, drugs, physical activity, alcohol, cigarettes, genetics, skin care. How to shame a women online right you must be so proud.
I had a friend who, in her 40s developed incredible deep wrinkles in her face. She didn't look old, she just looked like a 40-something year old with incredibly wrinkled skin (thick younger skin as opposed to thin older skin). It's the genetics lottery. In the end, attractiveness has mostly to do with how you feel and your facial expressions.
I've seen 90 year olds with fewer wrinkles and less sagging. Heavy smoking and excessive sun exposure are skin killers. Better to take precautions earlier in life- stop smoking and use plenty of sunscreen or stay out of the sun entirely when possible and take a good vitamin D capsule.
We completely agree! However, this patient never smoked and did not have excessive sun exposure more than the average individual; this type of aging is largely predisposed to due to genetics and is known as dermal elastosis.
@@AestheticMinutes Thank for your explanation. That probably means that one or two other members of her family have the same kind premature of skin aging. It's a roll of the genetic dice. You really worked your magic on this lady but I don't envy her the recovery process. It can be brutal.

She looks amazing …happy for her 🙏🏽🥰
Excellent video and excellent results.
Thank you for your thoughtful response. All the best.

Hello Charice, How are you doing?
Good for her she looks amazing!
Hello how are you doing 😊😊☺️
Wow! She looks amazing! I need to come to Dr. Soares & get my face fixed. I'm 63 & not getting any younger
beautifully explained and achieved - compliments
Thank you!
WOW!
Well done, she looks mature in the best way, not trying to look 25 at 69.
I'm so happy she didn't do the fillers. Good girl you look beautiful.
She looks amazing!
Hello how are you doing 😊😊😊☺️
Beautiful work! She looks so much younger in a most natural way
Wow! Good job.
WOW! This Was very detailed description. I watched it couple times. Thanks for sharing.
Genius, well done Grasshopper!
Wow she looks amazing! The fact that it looks natural 😍👌 pretty dope!
I think she looked like she was in her 80's before and then early 60's in after photo, good job done by the surgeon.
Stunning results. From old…to young again😊
I think she looks amazing!
Hello Renee, How are you doing?
These results are seriously amazing.
The moral here is stay out of the sun and always where the right sunscreen
Stay off sugar and trans fats.
Take genetics into account. Also, smoking and alcohol consumption. Possible weight loss as well.
where ????
@veroave58 I think you meant WEAR not "where" haha 😅
Moisturize..moisturize..
moisturize...
Facial exercises daily
Even with all that "work$$"
If she doesn't moisturize and exercise her face..she'll be in the same status in a few years anyhow.
What a great result; especially the fractional laser removing all the sun damage. She looks younger, still in her age range but beautifully turned out. Her neck is stunning. Good job, not unrealistic look at all.
Unbelievable!!! Bravo!
Wow beautiful...she looks like herself but 10 to 15 years younger and totally refreshed!!!! Excellent job
Wow, worn out look? That's sweet. Anyway, amazing work, she looks awesome. If only the procedures were affordable for those of us who don't have the extra cash. But remarkable. I'm sure she is overwhelmed.
She looks very refreshed and still looks like herself. Very good work!
Excellent work!
Hello Cindy, How are you doing?
that looks so good. Her face looks very natural and not tightly pulled. She looks so much better. It doesn't look like she has had a face lift at all. Great work. I wish her well.
I’m 43 look like a rough 53…. It’s effecting me more and more every day. This video is giving me hope!! I am very interested in this. I think I’m in the neighborhood too
Very nice results as it all looks natural! Excellent work.
Hello how are you doing 😊😊😊☺️
wow beautiful result! Her neck and jawline in particular! wow! Bravo!
That’s great job ! She looks like as 40 years old after 6 months with treatment. And natural ! Felicitation doctor ! You have done excellent job ❤
Amazing change! Wonder how much all that cost though? You have to have lots of money to spend to look that good!
Yes, I'd love to know how much all that cost. She could have traveled the world instead!
@@ShareC78 Yep, I'd take travel instead lol
Yes, considering just a simple face lift can cost $35K… Plus I would have had a rhinoplasty, that would soften the face.
cloth spa sheet mask and pat the skin and put lotion on daily wont need surgery.
It definitely cost a lot more than regular sunscreen use would have
She and I are the same age… She either had a great deal of sun exposure or perhaps health issues ( poor genetics ). I personally feel she looked as though she was roughly 90 before her procedures ( I have a 92 year old friend who had no work done and looks much better ). After the procedures ( and they were very well done ), she looks like a sophisticated woman in her late 60's who had a face lift.
Exactly! She is not look like 70. 70 people sometimes look alike 55.
You do realise that people age differently right, what you eat, sun, drugs, physical activity, alcohol, cigarettes, genetics, skin care.
How to shame a women online right you must be so proud.
I'm thinking maybe she smokes also. But he didn't mention it if so
After the procedure she actually looks her age
I had a friend who, in her 40s developed incredible deep wrinkles in her face. She didn't look old, she just looked like a 40-something year old with incredibly wrinkled skin (thick younger skin as opposed to thin older skin). It's the genetics lottery. In the end, attractiveness has mostly to do with how you feel and your facial expressions.
Oh my Goodnesssss.. she came out so Young... wow... great job.. thos doctors did a very very very great job...
It can be brutal.
stop drinking it dehydrates you badly
She looks great, and very natural.
