I love this! The idea of 3-2-1 in exercise is really good because I feel like if you're doing the same thing it can get a bit boring, and it also allows for a rest day! I do struggle a bit with sticking to plan tho lol

J'ai transformé mon salon en salle de sport. Tous les jours, 7/7.selon ma fatigue, je choisis les exercices et leurs intensités mais je ne reste jamais sans suivre ma chaîne préférée growingannanas. Et je suis contente que ces vlogs soient enfin traduits, car avant cela, je ne comprenais rien.

Also vielleicht - je nach persönlicher flexibilität und Möglichkeit - lohnt es sich mal ein paar Meter außerhalb trendiger Viertel / Städte zu schauen, da ist es dann möglicherweise günstiger!!! :D

I am currently trying to lose a few kilos. My workout routine does not differ much per day, but I work out longer in the weekends. It's 5-10 minutes no jumping HIIT, 20 minutes wall pilates, and if i have time 30 minutes regular pilates, and then a 15 minute yoga workout or vinyasa yoga, or both if i have time
Coffee was my everything ❤️ but now i cnt have it anymore😢....i really miss it. I tried tea and latte and chocolate, but it's not for me. So i love watching you drink coffee 😂
My training is: 12 minutes and walking 15 minutes five days in a week. And I do 30 minutes saturday and 5 kilomètres sunday. In Summer, I have Time to do more. (It is always with you). Sorry, I am not good in english.
I enjoy watching your videos and now your vlogs, podcasts and what you post and share here so much. Your energy hypes me up and motivates me and sometimes you also remind me of myself. I’m soon going to be 20 and am doing a workout of yours every second day and the other days I also do online workouts of a bit of Pilates. I always do them in the morning, it became a routine. I’ve changed my routine a bit tho bc it only recently got into my mind that muscles need rest in order to grow😅 (and I think I def need and want to get myself some weights, at the moment it’s only a 1.5l water bottle that provides me🥲) Before I only did cardio and killer hiit from you but now started to include upper body and lower body. So when I did upper body I will only do standing workouts the following days (depending on when my muscles stopped to hurt lol) I try to go for runs again but have only been motivated for one run last week tbh🥲 I’d love to try to go for a run once a week but I will see how motivated I’m going to be🥹 It has been about a year now since I started doing home workouts and found your channel. Back then the reason I started was to lose weight and to move more because I have only been sitting at home the whole day. It was hard to find motivation to do the workouts and I often had the thought “you need to burn those calories”. And now my goal changed into wanting to grow muscles and feeling stronger. I even enjoy working out now. I look through your channel in the evening to find a workout for the next day and get excited for it. They make so much fun, even more when basically doing it with you. I started to appreciate what my body can do through those workouts and learn to push myself not for the sake of burning calories but to cheer on my body and showing myself what I can achieve. I feel so proud and happy after it, it’s just an amazing feeling. So thank you so much for being here, creating your content and sharing your experiences and journey with us🫶🏼

I am currently trying to lose a few kilos. My workout routine does not differ much per day, but I work out longer in the weekends. It's 5-10 minutes no jumping HIIT, 20 minutes wall pilates, and if i have time 30 minutes regular pilates, and then a 15 minute yoga workout or vinyasa yoga, or both if i have time

My training is: 12 minutes and walking 15 minutes five days in a week. And I do 30 minutes saturday and 5 kilomètres sunday. In Summer, I have Time to do more. (It is always with you). Sorry, I am not good in english.

I’m soon going to be 20 and am doing a workout of yours every second day and the other days I also do online workouts of a bit of Pilates. I always do them in the morning, it became a routine. I’ve changed my routine a bit tho bc it only recently got into my mind that muscles need rest in order to grow😅 (and I think I def need and want to get myself some weights, at the moment it’s only a 1.5l water bottle that provides me🥲)
Before I only did cardio and killer hiit from you but now started to include upper body and lower body. So when I did upper body I will only do standing workouts the following days (depending on when my muscles stopped to hurt lol)
I try to go for runs again but have only been motivated for one run last week tbh🥲 I’d love to try to go for a run once a week but I will see how motivated I’m going to be🥹
It has been about a year now since I started doing home workouts and found your channel. Back then the reason I started was to lose weight and to move more because I have only been sitting at home the whole day.
It was hard to find motivation to do the workouts and I often had the thought “you need to burn those calories”.
And now my goal changed into wanting to grow muscles and feeling stronger. I even enjoy working out now. I look through your channel in the evening to find a workout for the next day and get excited for it. They make so much fun, even more when basically doing it with you. I started to appreciate what my body can do through those workouts and learn to push myself not for the sake of burning calories but to cheer on my body and showing myself what I can achieve. I feel so proud and happy after it, it’s just an amazing feeling.
