    You know your workouts are actually too difficult for me right now but I'm working on my consistency with other things (diet, habits, mental health and cleanliness / self care) but i admire your videos and watch just to see what i could potentially work towards one day. You look beautiful and vibrant and i can't wait to have enough strength to follow along with your training ❤

      I'm just starting back on her workouts after a 2 month hiatus from moving. I'm doing what I did the first time, which is do as much as you can and when you've hit your limit, stop. I maybe get through 50% of a video but eventually the whole thing gets finished and you feel AMAZING, proud and strong. You can do this! And you've got a great community here to cheer you on. 🩷

    I have failed many times and struggled with school. I started working out last month and I am in so much pain and feel fatigue every day. I skipped my workout and felt amazing the next day. I also have also done bettter in school now! Don’t give up guys!

    Wow!!! this podcast is amazing!! I love the way you sectionised the whole content and how you were talking about them, it was very fluent and understandable. Evey bit of things that you said was accurate, defiantly it will be some days that you can't be consistent and you have to prioritize yourself first and allow yourself to skip, to fail.

    im a 13 year old who struggles with body image. every time i do any workout with is considered as “beginner” makes me want to cry at the end. i know i just started and i know it’s going to be hard to love myself. but i just find it so hard to love myself so i’m trying so hard to do these workouts but i feel s o hard to be motivated or saying and knowing this is only the beginning, this is only day 2 that i’m following some of these workouts and i know it’s ridiculous how i feel so discouraged and shameless only at the second day so im just trying really hard right now but feeling super discouraged and disgusted from myself because i’m already “tired”. so i just hope this channel will make me happier and finally confident in my body.:)

      Hello from a 20 year old!! When I was 13, my self image was so low that I didn't want to show my face in public. I thought I was so ugly I didn't deserve to be around other people. I thought my family would be embarrassed by me for how ugly I was. The secret is: every 13 year old feels like that, because to be honest every 13 year old is awkward. You're 13, you're not supposed to be gorgeous and sexy yet. Your body is still growing. Exercising, going outside, eating well, and keeping good friendships is important at your age, but it's not going to get you that glowup. Time and patience will. You'll be amazed at how beautiful and strong you are becoming, you just need to trust the process and understand that your body and face are supposed to be awkward right now. Love them anyway

    I've struggled so much with consistency in the past but for some or other reason I've stayed the most consistent with Anna's videos. I've set up my yoga mat and weights right next to my bed, so every morning when I wake up, it's the first thing I see. Over the past few months I've been taking progress pics and watching my body transform also keeps me going. All thanks to you Anna, you're the best! xx

    I started doing a series of your “back to basics” workouts. Today I did Tabata and realized that for the first time I did all the exercises from beginning to end, and I enjoyed them, although it was very difficult. On weekends I do jogging, workouts, and long walks. I used to think that this was constancy. And if on some day I did less than what I required of myself, then I gave up the sport. Now I understand that my constancy is the understanding that such a load will not be constant, if only because of the menstrual cycle and work. Therefore, I am learning not to give up, but to do at least a little, but every day. Thank you so so so much! ❤

    hey ich habe vor ein paar tagen mit deinen workouts gestartet weil ich mich einfach wohl fühlen will und es macht so spaß. vielen dank für alles was du tust mach weiter so. und zum heutigen thema danke das du darüber redest ich fande es am anfang sehr schwer weiter zu machen an manchen tagen ist es immernoch sehr schwer und deine viedeos helfen mir sehr. danke für alles du bist wundervoll :)

    Hey I know this seems super random that you have a ten year old girl over here. I feel like sending out these type of comments at this young age makes me look like a total kid and someone who’s trying to seem cool. I swear I’m more mature than the others. I’m not very out of shape at all. I’m actually slim 😅, but that doesn’t make me love my bodies. When i found you I started screen recording your videos and using your lovely audio’s and then one day my ten year old brain thought to myself and I thought this is more than entertainment and satisfaction it’s about consistency and motivation. I’ve started doing your workouts at a very young age and can already see an impact. Im not like any other fan and im no best friend of yours but I wish so hard that you could know how big and amazing of an impact you are making on so many people’s lives and I truly want you to know that coming from a young kid. You are 100% correct that consistency is the most important factor in living a healthier lifestyle. I have been doing your workouts consistently for over two years now and, due to your workout regime and changing my eating habits, I have lost (and kept off) nearly 90 pounds (40.5 kg).     I came here looking for some motivation to start off the new year, and it was exactly what I needed!! I have so many goals that I am excited about but I have been too overwhelmed and stressed by how to get the outcome to really commit to them. Thank you for the advice to think long term and take it a step at a time. If I can just focus on showing up everyday, it will help me to see my goals as possible rather than something unreachable or stressful. Amazing advice! Thank you!

    Thank you. Thank you for you help. I watch your Workouts and shorts and podcasts for a while now. I'm ayoung girl. I'm just gonna turn in a few months 13. I'm german too. I tried the last weeks to eat healthier. Make every day Workouts. But I failed ,I failed so many times. But you made me realize with this podcast ,that when i'm failing I should get up and try again. That I should set goals. That I should not give up. That helps me so much. To be honest you made me even cry. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm gonna try to love to working out.       At 13 you shouldn't worry about failing, and especially not with your diet and exercise. Just live your life and enjoy the things you like doing, work out when you feel like it and explore foods and eat what makes you happy. You have your whole life ahead of you and the time for setting goals and being disciplined will come soon enough to you as you grow older and it will feel more natural to you by then. Focus on school and what makes you happy and feel good without any pressure to set goals now and the rest will come naturally with time :)

    I follow your work out from more then an year. I choose your proposals as firsts because they are the most hards. I’m 65, i had change totally my body, but your exercises on the ground i detest them.. they are really very hards. The problem is : 50 seconds are too much. I just don’t understand why you choose this timing. I think that there is not un real advantage respect the series of 40 or 30 seconds. I appreciate the moments when I’m be able to following exactly your efforts: thanks very much.

    Hi! I'm not sure if you read this but still. You have amazing workouts!
    I was quite sceptical about trying them at first since I've been doing Pamela Reif's workouts for a couple of years. And all the others I've tried felt to easy, not yours though;)
    And also I have a knee prosthesis so I can't really do your leg workouts (for now) but abs, core and upper body ones are just so great!!!
    I'm planing on learning pull ups and handstand in nearest future so they help me build up strength for it.

    When I first saw you on youtube, the first thing I thought was ‘oh, she’s trying so hard to get everything perfect’ and I didn’t mean it in a bad way, it was just the feeling that I got. Anna, it has been so exciting to see you achieving your goals since then (and I don’t mean just physically, we can see that the way that you treat yourself now is waaay healthier), keep growing, your progress is noticed and appreciated❤
