As a Aboriginal man (Wiradjuri) I feel sorry for Lydia she doesn't know much about the history of her mobs or the culture of those mobs she doesn't know that war for land was a common practise. Lydia seems to be oblivious to the decades of corruption within Aboriginal orginisations she doesn't understand that the negatives that impact Aboriginal people is the cash cow for so called leaders and organisations. In fact she appears to know very little accept to repeat the diatribe of others she should get out of politics she does more harm than good.

I also wonder why the schools take kids on excursions and never take them bush with aboriginal guides to teach them what they can't eat and how to live rough in the bush. After I think one day we will need the know how. Why isn't this culture being taught to our kids instead of every other culture that comes here.

It is about distorting the truth as a money making business, benefitting the managers of the aboriginal industry who have been milking the taxpayer to line their own pockets. The result is we have two aboriginal groups, the victims and the predators who exploit the real aborigines. The predators are the greedy psychopaths masquerading as aborigines. Their business model relies on their truth telling exaggerations and outright lies, and the continuation of the aborigines they use to profit from the misery they insure never ends. WAKE UP AUSTRALIA, a genuine truth telling royal commission needs to get to the bottom of this ongoing, never ending exploitation of vulnerable people.

The horrifying stories she tells me about babies, literally 5, 7, 9 month old babies coming into the hospital with herpes or clamidia(spelling sorry🥴) the women coming in beaten so badly that they lose eyes or teeth.. Or have been set on fire.. And fetal alcohol syndrome is disproportionately high amongst the aboriginal babies. I have also had experience when I lived in karratha , where not far from there, a whole estate of brand new houses was built for aborigines . Without word of a lie, within a few months, they had ripped out all the floors, doors windows, smashed every wall, stolen the air cons and hot water services, ripped up every plant that was landscaped, and took off. I also have some documentation from when my ancestors were first here mining in creswick in 1864, that shows that there were like, Marshall's appointed, to protect and help aboriginal communities, and punish anyone who mistreated them. They always come back to the "stolen generation". When my mother was in hospital recovering from a massive stroke, the woman opposite her was an aboriginal. Like myself, her husband came in every day to visit, and over the period of five months, I got to know them quite well. The husband was also aboriginal, and during the course of a conversation one day, he told me how he gets pissed off by people who are whiter than his skin colour, going on and on about the stolen generation. He told me that he and his wife were part of that, and if they hadn't been removed from their surroundings, they would NEVER have had the quality of life that they have both enjoyed. He also noted that people forget that young white girls who found themselves pregnant and not married, often had their babies stolen from them to give to couples who were looking to adopt. It is nice to know that not all aboriginal people carry on like ratbags, but it seems that the whiter they are, the worse they carry on with their supposedly racist bullshit.

Only around 12% were actually forcibly removed from the parents. The whole 'stolen generation' thing is a deliberately constructed and promoted lie for the purposes of directing huge sums of money to certain 'aboriginal' people in cities. Very very little of it ever reaches aboriginal communities.

Unfortunately the truth sometimes gets in the way. LT gloats over a rich culture spanning 40,000 years and points to "tribal" tattoos on her forearms. Aboriginals never had tattoos unlike the NZ maori. By the way, dot paintings were invented by a white fella in the early 1970's who collaborated with local people to bring them into existence. I quote a first nations art website: "Dot painting originated almost 50 years ago in 1971. Geoffrey Bardon was assigned as an art teacher for the children of the Aboriginal people in Papunya, near Alice Springs". Also, before white settlement there were 250 aboriginal languages and over 800 dialects - doesn't sound like a united, peaceful existence. How could you tell friend from foe with no means of standard communication. Perhaps LT should take a closer look at her own history.

Very interesting observation about the recent "creation" of aboriginal art "tradition". The ubiquitous "welcome to country" ceremonies, created by Ernie Dingo in 1976, are also a crass " creation" of aboriginal culture. He "made up" a ceremony because an official South Pacific delegation, for whom welcome ceremonies are part of the culture of South Pacific islanders, demanded one for their arrival. Since then " Welcome to Country" has become a grinding tool, the purpose of which piling on white man's "guilt".

Most of the technological advancements came about in the last 11,000 years. If it was a matter of being smarter or better then why not much happening for so long? Some people of the earth were in the right place at the right time, some were not. Comparing technologies from different geological locations is pointless. With that said.
