NFLT's Working Lunch Wednesday -- session 3

On Wednesday, October 9, 2024 NFLT hosted Working Lunch Wednesday -- session 3 on prescribed fires and their place in north Florida's irreplaceable natural environment. Mark Manning, Land Manager on the Stewardship team, presented. Mark joined NFLT in 2022 and serves as our Land Manager. He joined the Florida Park Service in 2014 where he spent 7 years honing his skills in resource management and learning more about the incredible habitats and species that make our home so special. Since 2015 he has had the opportunity to burn most of Florida's pyric ecosystems as well as learn from some of the best Fire Practitioners in the southeast.
