Can you help me? I can hear my audio through my earbuds but when I am making phone calls, my earbuds won't pick up the sound. It only playing it through my watch.
If using LTE to make calls mine would overheating at 2 minutes and cut off calls. With Bluetooth on ,calls stayed cool. I then reset the phone with minimum apps and wifi,Bluetooth off, LTE only will now Stay cool and not cut off calls. Can then leave cell phone at home.
Now switched to Apple IPhone 14 and Apple watch9. Oh what a difference,so happy 😊 I can now use watch as a phone independent of iPhone on or off ,no overheat issues on LTE!
Thats good to have lte version but unfortunately the battery's that not good tbh tho:( i wish this type of smartwatch wear os they upgrade the battery at least can last longer in 5 day something that would be enough for me tho😅🙌🏼
I have always had LTE versions and the smallest sizes too. Because of the smaller battery it has never lasted 2 days. 1 day average but I have 2 phones and 2 LTE watches on different carriers. Very convenient to have one phone on carrier "A" and wear the watch using the other carrier. Thanks for another good and honest review.
@@ciddhere Using the same carrier for both phone & watch is what most peoe do. can we speak call for more than 5 min :( as i am still struggling with watch 4 . it goes only for 2 to 3 min max and then it will disconnect die to heat. irrespective of location.
We don't have to pay for e-sim extension in our smartwatch in INDIA😁😁 At least for now. And also the 4G is on an avg is 100mbps, whereas 5G is somwhat depends on the area and density of connection in there. But the fun fact is- we are able to use it for free (we get 5G at the cheapest price of 4G)
I use LTE on my 43mm galaxy watch 6 classic, no heating issues but will drink battery power so I use it for an hour or 2 a day when I go for a run or a bike ride ( while using Strava)
Can I turn off LTE and use Bluetooth functions with my android if my phone service provider doesn't support the watch??and how long does your watch last WITH LTE off just on BT
About the overheating.... The watch does heat up, yes. But, in my case (gw4 lte), I've never felt it heating more with lte than when it is charging. And it never locked up or gave any heating alarm when it's charging. Isn't it kind of exaggerated the way it's programmed? Last week, i had to hard reset it, and as i was installing all the stuff back, it started giving that heating up alarm and blocking itself again and again. It was barely warm. My phone started killing apps and giving temperature alarm some time ago, but i forgot it outside in direct sunlight, by over 30 degrees Celsius. The phone was burning hot. I feel like this watch heating issue could be minimized with a little software tunning. But that's me... cheers✌️
As a watch 6 classic user. All i can say is Samsung has the best wear os smartwatch in line. But no smartwatch in the Android world comes close to Apple watch. The software integration, ease of use, fluidity, animations, haptics, better health tracking, it's really gonna take a long time to beat the Apple watch. Was mindblown after comparing my watch 6 classic to a mere series 7. Truly disappointed.
Ya I have a Samsung pro 5 and the Apple watch 9 but only the apple watch LTE can handle long phone calls with no overheat problem, Samsung pro 5 has long battery life and much better apps and easy to add music on the watch, Apple sucks for any pc library free music. though.
You have too many apps on and if wifi and Bluetooth on this will over heat LTE calling. Reset phone and off the wifi,Bluetooth and extra background apps, worked for me anyway.
The delayed updates are false. This is only applicable if you have the watch from the telecom provider and they installed their bloatware on it. If you buy LTE version from samsung itself it won't affect the updates
sorry to disappoint you, it does not matter where you buy the watch. As soon as you activate your telecom plan (no matter who it is with) you will be bound to the telecom provider for the updates. If you do not activate LTE and just use the watch as a BLT version, then that is correct as no other company will be involved.

@@servantofthetruth8203omg is that a case? No way it gets heat on s24 or the watch heat?
@@retirementkhabibnurmagomed7280 I'm using watch 6 lite with s24 ultra no issues
After this update I can't replace Bixby with Google assistant...even i set Google assistant on power button from wear app...help... I m using galaxy watch 4 classic LTE

Can you help me? I can hear my audio through my earbuds but when I am making phone calls, my earbuds won't pick up the sound. It only playing it through my watch.
Same problem here, waiting for a resolve.
Yes it is very disappointing to have my third galaxy LTE watch and still have over heating issues! (4 LTE, 5 LTE, and now the 6 LTE)
Correction, LTE on always cause over heating,no fix, returning watch, issue on all galaxy LTE watches, design flaw.
Now switched to Apple IPhone 14 and Apple watch9. Oh what a difference,so happy 😊 I can now use watch as a phone independent of iPhone on or off ,no overheat issues on LTE!
Here in Brazil he have a biblical level plague of telemarketing calling us, so I dread the idea of having my number on my watch hahahah
do i have to keep physical sim in phone after esim activation in smartwatch
Not needed.
For availing LTE variants features does my phone need to support esim?
No i have galaxy a 52 with galaxy watch 5 pro LTE and no problems
Thanks so much for explaining everything
in detail, so people dont have to buy & find out themselfes. 👍
Can we use same carrier for both phone and watch using LTE?
@@ciddhere Using the same carrier for both phone & watch is what most peoe do. If you used a different carrier on your watch & a different carrier on your phone you would not be able to sync up phone calls with your watch when leaving your phone at home & only wearing your watch. You'd only receive phone calls on your watch from your "watches carrier."
Ah am still waiting for the update cos am on EE here in london
i have the lte version but i dont use the lte because it is to expensive for me i didnt know this before and i thought this was in my contract
Want get another Bluetooth one again i learned that one with the 4 classic..
can we speak call for more than 5 min :( as i am still struggling with watch 4 . it goes only for 2 to 3 min max and then it will disconnect die to heat. irrespective of location.
No all Samsung watches I tried and returned overheat after 5 minutes lte call and trying to use RUclips on lte 5g data plan.
I have the LTE version and I love it and by the way I'm from the USA
Do you get to pay extra for the esim activation?
We don't have to pay for e-sim extension in our smartwatch in INDIA😁😁
At least for now. And also the 4G is on an avg is 100mbps, whereas 5G is somwhat depends on the area and density of connection in there.
But the fun fact is- we are able to use it for free (we get 5G at the cheapest price of 4G)
Bluetooth. Tried an LTE overheated, serious battery loss not worth the extra 15.00 per month for a line. 15 after taxes
LTE watch saved me when I forgot phone and had a flat tire out in the middle of nowhere ,thank God for the extra watch line!
I use LTE on my 43mm galaxy watch 6 classic, no heating issues but will drink battery power so I use it for an hour or 2 a day when I go for a run or a bike ride ( while using Strava)
Can you insert a 5g only sim or does it need to have calls/text? Thanks
@@Adam-ul6pu it's an Esim, so long as your network provider supports the watch
Can I turn off LTE and use Bluetooth functions with my android if my phone service provider doesn't support the watch??and how long does your watch last WITH LTE off just on BT
@user-zw1vt7li7r yes you can, My LTE is always on standby, so it doesn't get used unless I'm out of range of the phone
But that's me... cheers✌️
I connected my watch6 LTE to my car infotainment system without having the phone with me
The LTE also has Blutooth right?
Yes,correct.
i wonder why lte is more expensive than non-lte now i know why thank you sir 💪😉
R(AndroidWear 4) nothing in Arizona 😊
As a watch 6 classic user. All i can say is Samsung has the best wear os smartwatch in line. But no smartwatch in the Android world comes close to Apple watch. The software integration, ease of use, fluidity, animations, haptics, better health tracking, it's really gonna take a long time to beat the Apple watch. Was mindblown after comparing my watch 6 classic to a mere series 7. Truly disappointed.
Yup I agree 👍🏾
Ya I have a Samsung pro 5 and the Apple watch 9 but only the apple watch LTE can handle long phone calls with no overheat problem, Samsung pro 5 has long battery life and much better apps and easy to add music on the watch, Apple sucks for any pc library free music. though.
@@steveeklund1902easy added my mp3s to apple music library and synced between devices.
😂AWU2 is rubbish sent mine back
you can use lte for calling max 4 minutes. it will always overheat. :-(
You have too many apps on and if wifi and Bluetooth on this will over heat LTE calling. Reset phone and off the wifi,Bluetooth and extra background apps, worked for me anyway.
what i noticed is that the bluetooth distance increased with the last august update. w6 class
my all questions were answered in this video, after wasting time watching other videos on youtube
Take point 5 with a grain of salt. No, it's not always possible to take a smart watch in to your work. I work in the gov and not chance we're allowed.
Not only do you have to pay more for the technology to be in the watch, you also have to pay your current cellular carrier for another line
I only use LTE version on both my galaxy watch4 & galaxy watch5
I just got my galaxy 6 lte today I don't pay for another line my number is just link to it
I'm with Google fi
The delayed updates are false. This is only applicable if you have the watch from the telecom provider and they installed their bloatware on it. If you buy LTE version from samsung itself it won't affect the updates
sorry to disappoint you, it does not matter where you buy the watch. As soon as you activate your telecom plan (no matter who it is with) you will be bound to the telecom provider for the updates. If you do not activate LTE and just use the watch as a BLT version, then that is correct as no other company will be involved.
Okay sorry, maybe it's different where you live. But here in Poland the telecom provider only has impact if you bought the device from them
I'm grandfathered in my plan for $5 for LTE
