The first two asanas I can do, but not the third one, I have osteoarthritis on my knees, so I can’t seat down on the floor , but I will try the two first ones, I like it , thank you 😊 very much!!

So excited to finally come across your channel. I know you recommend walking and I love walking but... after I got a job that required me to remain standing 8 hrs, I developed bone Spurs on my heels, the pain limits me from walking quite a bit. In order to be able to stand at work 45 mins prior starting to work I take 6 or 7 caps of an over the counter painkiller. Each cap has 500 mg of aspirin (a blood thinner) and 32.5 mg of caffeine. 4 hrs later as I start my brake, I take 4 more painkillers. Please help?
